INGREDIENTS: Rescue Remedy
Herbal Tea (especially chamomile)
INSTRUCTIONS: For about two years I had extreme anxiety attacks. They had gotten so bad that I would pass out from them, hyperventilate, and would not be able to remember anything that happened in about a 15 min time period. I thought that they were asthma attacks because I have asthma and would take my anhalor for it and that only made things worse,my nerves would shake for several hours and I would get extremely sleepy. I went to the doctor and he put me on some strong anxiety pills, but due to the fact that I am not one to depend on medication I went to an herbalist that I trusted and had helped out before. He gave me some Bach's Rescue Remedy and told me to use it only when I had an attack.
If I caught it early enough he told me to get some herbal teas and drink it, warm, it will relax your nerves and muscles. Doing that mixed with prayer has helped reduce my attacks to about 1 every 3 to 4 months, where I was having them 3 to 4 times a week and when I do have the attacks now they are not near as bad as they were and I don't have to rely on taking medications for the rest of my life.
