Ingredients: Lysol in the spray can. Regular. When my father was
ill he was in the bed for over a year. My mother took care of him. Everyday
she sprayed the Lysol directly on his body. The doctors where always so amazed
that he never had one bed sore.

These were the instructions given
by a Korean surgeon (in th USA) to myelderly mother. It did work successfully.Clean
the wound daily with Ivory soap and water. Pat dry. Apply honey to the wound,
then sprinkle with brown sugar granules. Cover with a sterile gauzepad, then
tape. The next day, the honey & sugar & wound exudate will
bestuck to the gauze. Rip off the gauze. (This acts as a debridement; toremove
dead tissue. The sugar helps debride and the honey is a naturalantibiotic).
Repeat daily. It can take several months and even up to a yearbut it will
close up the wound when the dead tissue is gone.

Ingredients: Just regular cane sugar
Instructions: My father had a bedsore that continued to get larger and badly
infected. The surgeon had cut out the dead tissue 2 or 3 times
until the hole was about 2 inches wide and 1 1'2 deep. We ask his homebound
nurse if she would try filling the bedsore with table sugar. She checked with
the MD she worked for and he said to go ahead with the treatment. She would
clean the wound first and then fill it with sugar.
The wound starting healing and healed fast. It works because sugar feeds the
tissue and bacteria CANNOT grow in the presence of sugar. Also, the wound
must be covered completely with bandage and tape as to keep anything out of
the wound and to hold in the sugar. Remember, wound
must be disinfected every day and sugar replaced in the cavity. In the event
the bedsore is small or minor then honey used on it and covered
should be enough. If it is deep (as his was), then the regular cane sugar
we all keep in our homes should be used.
