Ingredients: Hot water as hot as you can stand it
Instructions: Run the hot water tap to get the water as hot as possible. Fill cleaned out 600ml plastic pop bottle with the hot tap water.Place the bottle on forehead, then temples, then sinuses and back of neck. This seems to dialate the blood vessels and it feels that the blood is flowing better and the pressure seems to ease off.Since I have been doing this I have not had to have any shots for the pain.

Instructions: This so simple, but it's always worked for me. I've found one
of the best ways to relieve my migraines/headaches. There is a
pressure point behind the ears, where the bottom of your ear meets your jawbone.
If you push towards the back of your head, you will feel your skull, if you
push forward, you will feel your jaw. Massage this spot with medium pressure,
on the OPPOSITE side of the headache, or both sides for migraines or really
bad/frontal headaches. I find a slow up and down or small circular motion works
best. Tapping this pressure point also works, if you can hit the spot. This
also works to relieve tension or nervousness, and mild nausea.
