INGREDIENTS: Hot/warm water, isopryl alchohol, Herb: mint leaf, towel,
any oatmeal lotion, blanket if needed
INSTRUCTIONS: Take a long bath with the isopryl alchohol, and add the mint
leaves to the running water. then lightly dab, not rub, yourself dry with
the towel. then apply lotion toyour legs, arms, and face. This really will
work after 2-4 days of this routine. The alchohol might make your skin burn
at frist, but then it will helpalso , afterwards you're gonna want to keep
yourself warm, like in a blanket until you are fully warm and dry.

Rubbing alcohol
Instructions: Take a bath
with the rubbing alcohol and hot water.
