INSTRUCTIONS: When I was pregnant with my 4th Daughter, I had an awful time
with back problems. The Dr. told me I may have to have a
C-section. I was NOT having it!!! To have an operation is one thing; to be
totally awake for it is all together another matter! I was talking to a friend
of mine about it in a cafe, when an elderly woman at the next table came over
and told me about taking Red Raspberry Leaf Capsules for an easy delivery,
with hardly any labor and no complications afterwards--I was prone to heavy
bleending afterwards. I was game for anything. She also told me to take it
monthly a week before my period, for no cramping, PMS, heavy flow, etc.. It

INSTRUCTIONS: I've had bad cramps since I was 15, and was diagnosed with endometriosis
in my 20's. The pain is awful and debilitating.The doctor use to prescribe
naproxen for me before it was available over the counter. The brand name in
in the U.S.is Aleve. They are 220 mg caplets which they say to take 1 every
8-12 hrs. The doctors prescription was a 500 mgpill which they said to repeat
if pain reappeared. So I take two aleve and take more if the pain doesn't
cease. It doesn't seem to bother my stomach at all. Also, an alcoholic beverage
or two can help my cramps relax too.

Instructions: My cramps paralyzed me in pain a few days ago. I took 3 Asprin
and there was no relief, a few hours later I took 3 more and still no relief.
It wasn't just cramps, but diarreah, dizziness and eventually I vomited. It
was awful. I finally found some Ibuprofen, and took 3 of those. But I was
still in pain waiting for it to kick in. Out of desperation, I wet a washcloth,
put it in the microwave (not sure if this is safe though lol) pulled it out
when it was nice and hot and put it on my abdomen/lower stomach. Oh my goodness
- immediate relief. The only problem was that as soon as the towel cooled
(which was only about two minutes later), the pain return. I walked around
my apartment like this for an hour, alternating between one towel while the
other was in the microwave. The pain finally, finally stopped. I got in my
car and went and bought a heating pad. It works well, but not as hot as the
towel. I'll definately use it next time BEFORE my cramps become THAT painful.
I wish I'd found this page earlier. I'll definately try some of the tips on
here. I'd tried hot tea before and it was helpful, but these last cramps were
so painful I couldn't think straight.

Instructions: These are
three different cures, but they all work. I
have suffered from muscle cramps for years, but any of these remedies
works within five to ten minutes. If you have dill pickle juice on hand,
drink a half cup when you feel a cramp coming or as soon as it strikes.
One heaping teaspoon of salt in water (1/2 to 1 glass) will do the
trick. Quinine is now a prescription drug in the USA, but it works really
well and most physicians will give a prescription for it if you ask.
First make sure you aren't cold because I've figured out that can make them worse. It might not make them go away completely but it sure helps if you elevate your legs on something or curl your legs up so your knees are as close to your chest as possible.
ingredients = Oregano and Water
Put some water in a conteiner.Boil the water. After boiling the water put some
oregano in the water and leave it for 5 minutes. Next, drink the tea without
sugar or with a little spoon of sugar.The go to bed and rest for a while.
Note: You can drink this tea when you feel the pain or before you start to hurt.
