Repeat After Us - RepeatAfterUs.com has hundreds of audio clips including poems, fables, nursery rhymes, etc. Use these copyright-free clips to create your own listening activities.
Focus English - This section of the Focus English website focuses on learning idiomatic and everyday expressions designed to help students with conversation skills. Each dialogue includes exercises and allows learners to practice at their own pace.

Learning Resources from CNN San Francisco - Try going to the 'Story Archives' for past news stories with video and audio. I like the one in the 'Adventure' categories called 'Dreams of New Ways to Fly'. When you click on 'Story Outline' you can bring up accompanying activities.
Crazy Sentence Singer - This is really fun! You can rearrange the words to create silly sentences and phrases and click on the words to hear them sung. May be helpful for pronunciation lessons or parts of speech.

Interesting Things for ESL Students - 'Word Games' include Hangman, WordMeister and Matching.
Offshore English - Although you have to be a member to play many of the games, the site does include free games as well. Games include those for vocabulary, phrasal verbs, synonyms and more.
ESL Kidstuff - A wonderful site for material to use with young learners. The 'Games' section does not have online interactive games but rather dozens of ideas for games to play in class. The site also contains over 1000 printable images for flashcards and 400+ printable worksheets.
