NAME_OF_REMEDY: Eye tics or spasms
INGREDIENTS: Calcium tablets (NOT Tums!!!!)
INSTRUCTIONS: If you have an eye tic or spasm (in area around eye, notin eye)
this is a symptom of a raging calcium deficiency. You need to immediately go
on calcium tablets (Tums will not be absorbed properly because it is an antacid
and calcium needs acid to be absorbed by the body), at least 2400 mcg a day(2
tablets in morning, 2 tablets at night)until symptoms go away (about 4-7 days),
then you can cut back to 1 tablet am, 1 tablet pm and see if symptoms stay
gone. If they come back, go back on a higher dosage of calcium and
stay on it.Do not go off of calcium once on it as your body needs to have
it. I am on a high-protien, low carb lifestyle, so I need to be on the higher
calcium dosage as red meat will mess up the phophorous to calcium ratio and
calcium will be leached out of your bones. If you drink a lot of colas, red
meat, or anything else high in phosphorous, then you will need to be on a
higher calcium dosage. Your body will use what it needs and discard the rest.
Most people need to be on calcium daily as their bodies do not get enough
from their diets. I PROMISE you will NEVER have another eye tic or spasm again
if you go on calcium and stay on it. If you go off of calcium, you WILL get
the eye tics back. Calcium deficiency shows up in this manner.

NAME_OF_REMEDY: chronic blepharitis on eye lids
INGREDIENTS: wash eyes with pure homo milk everyday this completely cured
my son after a week.you can stop doing this when
the eyes no longer crust up...
This was a remedy given to me by an Italian woman.
When my son was born, I kept having stys on my eye. When visiting with an
Italian lady friend, she said if I still had breast milk, to
wash my hands, eye and breast well. Dry. Then taken some of my breast milk
and rub on the sty.
It worked.
Also, another remedy that was told to me that I tried years before the 'milk'
was take a copper penny,
rub the edge on a rough fabric cloth (warming the penny) and place the edge
directly on the sty. It heats
the sty and the metal copper does it. This also works.
Good Luck,
If you get sand, dirt or an eyelash in the eye, flush with cold milk. My mom
and grandmother both had an "eye cup" that you would fill, place
over the eye and then blink for a minute to wash the eye. The milk seemed
to stop the scratchy feeling.
Dear Susan,
My name is Richard pitter, and I am from the Island ofJamaica.
In 1994, I had a cist under my left eye, and the Ophthalmologist said he would
have to do surgery toremove it. A co-worker at shell company where I wasworking
at the time, told me about Garlic. She instructed me to cut a clove of garlic,
and apply the"juice" from it to the cist 2 to 3 times daily, andthe
cist would go away. I did this and the cist went away just as she said.I have
seen others with the same problem, and told them of this remedy, theyve tried
it, and it worked.
Here's another one to add to your list of home remedies.
Sincerely,
Richard Pitter

Name of Remedy: Styes
Ingredients: Potato
Instructions: Use this before going to bed, so it will work while you sleep.
Grate about 1/4 of a potato and place pulp in the toe of a knee-hi nylon stocking.
This keeps the potato pulp dirctly off your eye. Make sure pulp is full of
the potato's liquid. It is okay for the liquid to get on or in your eye as
this is what penetrates the stye's surface and shrinks it. Cut off the end
of the stocking, with the pulp, and place under an eye patch you can buy at
a pharmacy or even at Wal-Mart. The patch will hold it in place and keep the
moisture in as well. You will notice the remarkable differencein the swelling
and soreness being relieved and often gone by morning. Use at the first sign
of a stye as the remedywill provide relief and healing sooner.

Name of Remedy: Sties on the eyes
Ingredients: One Plain tea bag for each eye
Instructions: Wet the tea bag withhot/warm water and place on affected eye
for about half an hour 2-3 times a
day. This will bring your sty to a head (when you're able to see the pus,
like a pimple). Using the tea bag will be helpful, a warm rag will also help
to open pores where the sty is as well.

this is great and works for a sty in the eye, break one raw egg then remove
yellow, using white of the egg only. place white of the raw egg in a white
cloth or paper towel. then place on eye 3 times a day for 15 minutes at a
time. this really works and draws the sty out of the eye. my grandmother done
this for me and my brother, and it was gone in 2 days.
