Ingredients: 1 tbls.salt,3oz.hydrogen peroxide,3oz.isoprophyl
alcohol.3oz.white vinegar,1oz.chlorine bleach,vicks vapor rub
Instructions: In a 16oz.container mix salt, peroxide, alcohol, and vinegar. Shake
well to disolve the salt. Put container in the sink. Next add the bleach. A
chemical reaction occurs when bleach and peroxide are combined. It may foam out
of the top of the container. After washing feet, apply this in the morning. When
dry, rub on some vicks vapor rub (this keeps feet from perspiring). Do this
every morning and evening. It works. I got this remedy from combining and experimenting
with other remedies in here. This one really works.

Ingredients: Bleach
Instructions: (You should try to do all of this in a day)Run your bath (but
don't stop it up) and add a little bit of bleach.
Use your hands and rub it all over your feet. Then let it soak. After about five
minutes, wash off completely.Once your done take all your white socks and wash
them in bleach. Then take other shoes and socks and wash regularly. This should
get rid of the fungus on your feet and inside your socks and shoes. From then
on wash your feet in bleach every other week.Apply moisturiser every night before
going to sleep.
Athlete's Foot
File down the thick nails till they're pretty thin, so the remedy can
reach it. Soak your feet in hot water with apple cider vinegar a couple
of times a day. This seems to kill the actual fungus. Dry your feet.
Apply a moisturizer to your feet. As your skin cracks and peels
from fungus, that skin dries out and dies, yet makes more spots for the fungus
to take hold. The remedy kills the fungus, then medicates and moisturizes
the skin so it can heal. Might also try using the crushed garlic in oil
that you can find in the store as a moisturizer.

Instructions: My father was WWII veteran and fought in the Pacific. He got foot
fungus which he spent 30-35 years with numerous remedies both natural and prescribed
medications, none made it go away entirely. He was finally told by a Dr. touse
a Hair Dryer to blow dry his feet and especially between the toes. It worked
when nothing else did. The last 15 years
of his life he had baby soft feet with absolutely no fungus. I finally tried
it myself after a couple of years of his insistance and I haven't had Athletes
Foot fungus for about 8 years. Believe me it works.:):)

it cool somewhat, don't want to scald yourself). Do this each day for a week.
I grew up with atheletes feet, big bleeding cracks between my toes. I could
barely walk. My grandmother made the solution, that she said was an old remedy.
It worked. I haven't had this problem since I was a child, that was 40 years
ago. This is a foot soak, do not drink.

Ingredients: Sesame oil
Instructions: I recently read about the healing powers of Sesame oil for ring
worm (which is the same thing as Athletes foot!). All they said to do was put
on the oil once a day, rub it all over the infected area. I tried it for a fairly
small case of ring worm on my arm, and it worked wonders. It was gone within
2-3 days. Usually I would have had to get a prescription medication from the
doctor.

ingredients = Hot water, detergent, alcohol.
When I was 16 years old, I got atheletes foot. In my country we always use this remedy. We fill up a bucket of hot water and add detergent and alcohol. We put our feet in the bucket to soak. We repeat this everyday for 15 minutes. We also buy a special cream for our atleletes foot and put it on after soaking in the bucket.
