Ingredients = Valerian Root
Passion Flower
Chamomile Tea
Hops
Instructions = Chamomile tea or a tea of hopps will help to relax you since
these are sedatives. My all time favorite and the most effective cure that I
have found for insomnia is valerian root. You can find these supplements at
a nutrition center or
drug store.GNC sells a supplement that is valerian root with passion flower.
These two herbstogether work wonders. I try to get the concentrated valerian
tablets. Valerian isa stinky herb and is more tollerable to take when you don't
smell it.
The concentrated tablets do not smell. I have helped many people with this remedy
and I assure youthat once you have tried valerian you will always have some
around. Valerian helps you to getyour REM sleep so when you awake you feel refreshed
with a smile on your face!

Ingredients: Melatonin
Instructions: I have been a severe insomniac most of my life, and was taking
Zoloft...after about 2 years, it stopped working, even increasing the dose.I
was introduced to Melatonin by a friend of mine, and it works wonderfully.By
taking 2 3mg tablets about 45 minutes before bed, it eases you into a nice peaceful
slumber, without the grogginess of waking the next day. It's available in the
pharmacy section of most Grocery stores and is only about $3.00 for 100 tablets.

Ingredients: honey comb
milk
Instructions: Some brands of honey will have a honey comb within the jar...buy
one that has that, and just chew on a piece of the honey comb. If that doesn't
work, try drinking warm milk right before you go to bed to calm your body down.
If nothing else, there's the age old trick of not trying to go to sleep, but
instead try staying awake in the dark...that usually puts me right to sleep,
oddly.
