One glass of water
Instructions: You cut the onions in fourths and you place ina
pressure cooker with a glass of water.You let the onions cook for one minute
and thenyou let cool.
You place the cooked onions and water in the blender, You blend well then
strain.You drink this onion juice for three days in a row, You will start
passing the stones after thefirst day you drink the onion juice.It really
works wonders.

Hot Water Bottle Instructions: Hey, when Kidney stones pass, it hurts very
much! So, to ease the pain, get some hot water and put it in your hot water
bottle, and put it where it is sore. It works well for me, but I can't guarntee(sp?)
anything. :) I hope your feeling well very soon, because kidney stones are
very painful!

3 ounces Tonic Water
Pinch of Nutmeg
Pinch of Cinnamon
Instructions: Mix the juice and water. Lick the palm of your hand and drop
a pinch of nutmegand cinnamon on the hand then lick off. Drink the juice mix.
Do this morning andnight for 5 days. The pineapple cleanses the kidney. the
tonic water relaxes thestomach muscles. the nutmeg softens the stones. the
cinnamon helps with infection. This can be used as a wellness program. Drink
