Instructions: Apply vinegar to your open psoriasis. It may sting but that means it is working. Repeat until gone. That worked for me and I have had it for many many years. Good luck

INGREDIENTS: duct tape
INSTRUCTIONS: Cover area with duct tape, shave and keep shaving area, if necessary - and then put a new piece of duct tape back on. Keep area covered for 2 weeks and remove duct tape. I told a 'sports-medicine' doctor this when his wife was pregnant and had developed psoriasis; he was upset about the current treatments available. Anyway, he tried it on his wife and 1 month later, he told me that it worked better than anything else they had tried. My father had psoriasis and so do I, but the duct tape has worked every time so far. P.S. I am a nurse.

INGREDIENTS: Aspirin and Petroleum jelly
INSTRUCTIONS: Crush the aspirins to a powder and add twice as much petroleum jelly. (One tablespoon of aspirin powder, two tablespoons of petroleum jelly) Mix together and smooth on affected areas. You will see good results
in a few short days.It is the ingredients in the aspirin and the petroleum jelly is a base to keep the powder on the areas.My husband's scalp,back and arms were covered with sores and his skin was flaking from his head.We tried this and it cleared up and every time it pops up a little bit we use it again.

A now retired dermatologist prescribed this mixture and it works!!I have two daughters in four that developed severe psoriasis as teenagers. They live by this stuff and it works overnight.Apply the goop directly to the scalp and dry crusty areas ( a mom is a great applicator- let the stuff drain into a hair dye bottle with a pointed tip for easy application)Tie hair up in pony tail, sleep, wash the next morning. The dry flaky crust comes out immediately to offer a clean scalp, sometimes leaves pinky areas in need of healing.No sting, just gooey greasy. It really works. Just stay on top of the build up by using the goop periodically. So far it is just something to live with but the goopgives immediate relief. Ingredients: Natural Bees Wax
Mineral Oil
Sheeps Lanolin
Instructions: Heat about 1 cup of mineral oil on low in a pan. Add a 1" x 1" x 3" chunk of Bees wax to the hot oil.
Heat until it melts.Remove from heat and add about 1/2 cup of lanolin.Mix extremely well.Let the mixture cool enough that it won't melt a plastic container.Pour into container and let mixture set to finish cooling.You should now have a semi-solid cream. ( Will be kinda stiff from the bees wax.)Just apply a heavy dab to affected areas of psoriasis. This WILL NOT get rid of the redness.It will, however, leave your skin free of dryness. You will notice results in about two hours. All dryness will be saturated with the mixture.
