INSTRUCTIONS: This is a remedy I had learned in medical school for massage called a solstice.You place the cooked, mashed potato on the affected area(s) and cover with a hot compress. Leave on area for 20-30 minutes in the evening or more
until the rash subsides. this is also great for in-grown hairs.
