Restless Leg Syndrome

Ingredients: One teaspoon of apple cider vinegar added to one cup of
warm water add honey and drink up. I have suffered with restless legs
most of my adult life as did my dad and I have been on RLS medicine but
don\'t like taking pills. I have been using this remedy for the past
three years and I haven\'t had RLS since.

There are a couple of entries for Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS) under "leg cramps" but they are entirely different. Likewise, Periodic Leg Movement (PLM) is different from both of them.
My wife had RLS for about 15 years. She rarely had a nights sleep. I don't know how she did it. I found the solution on the net in a chat room.
Take two Calcium, Magnesium and Zinc tablets. Crush them and take with vinegar at noon and when you go to bed. It worked the very first night and has been since. It must be done with an acid or it won't work. The tablets must be crushed.
We used to get tablets from Swanson but they had to be crushed. She now has capsules and takes two at noon and two at night with vinegar.
The current capsules contain
Calcium 500 mg.
Magnesium 250mg
Zinc 15 mg
Have a good nights sleep.
