INGREDIENTS: Hand sanitizer, foot powder, two pairs of socks.
INSTRUCTIONS: Liberally apply hand sanitizer to each foot. Put on pair of
cotton socks after foot is dry. In turn, roll second sock over the top of
the container of foot powder. Turn container upside don and tap once or twice
to release a small amount of powder into the bottom of each sock. Wear on
top of the first pair. The anti-germicidal in the hand sanitizer will kill
the bacteria that cause the foot odor while the powder helps wick moisture
away from the foot. It is important to keep the powder off the foot and out
of the shoe, so the two sock method is essnetial for this to work.
Hi
Susan,
Thank you for this website! I found quite a bit of useful information that
I will try for different things.
I found the section on smelly feet and was eager to try it on my 5 year old
son, his feet are terrible. The only information listed under this section
was a little vague so I searched the internet to see what else I could find.
I found more detailed information on the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons
website.
Treating foot odor
Soaking your feet in strong black tea for 30 minutes a day for a week can
help. The tannic acid in the tea kills the bacteria and closes the pores,
keeping your feet dry longer. Use two tea bags per pint of water. Boil for
15 minutes, then add two quarts of cool water. Soak your feet in the cool
solution. Alternately, you can soak your feet in a solution of one part vinegar
and two parts water.
Thanks,

INGREDIENTS: A Foot Spa
Foot Spa Soap or Bath beads
INSTRUCTIONS: Just take a foot bath wirh just water for about 10 minutes,
let it massage your feet and then add some bath beads Only add one if they're
big and if they're small you canuse as much as you want. Let your feet soak
for about 20-30 minutes and then just let it massage your feet. this normally
lasts about 3 weeks for me.Also if you dont have the time to take a foot bath,
spray the bottom of your feet with strong perfume twice. This will keep yourfeet
freshthroughout the day.
Make
some tea and let it get cool enough to the touch. Place it in a container
that you can put your feet in to soak. Making sure there is enough to cover
your feet. Let them soak for around 1/2 hour. Your feet will look tanned when
finished. :) But they will not stink so bad anymore. It last for a long time.....I
haven't done it in a few years and my feet were very bad. Just wanna share
that with you.
