Sprains



lemongrass is another remedie good for sprains .... known by alot of asian...get 1-3 stalk of lemongrass and smash them...grin them...and put it to the sprain area...then use a cloth to tied it there....right now lemongrass is somewhat being studied of some sort in
california as medicine of some sort...i live in minnesota...and deal with a lot of asian food and asian goods... it's very hard to get lemongrass ship from california to minnesota now....

Ingredients = lard..salt
Instructions = take a small amount of lard ... 1/4 cup and add salt ...enough to make a paste....apply the passwellinte to the swollen area..and cover with a cotton bandage.....leave on 5-6 hours...swelling should reduce
