INGREDIENTS: vitamin e & fish oil
INSTRUCTIONS: Buy a good brand of vitamin e and fish oil, in gelcap form. Poke a hole in them and mix them together. My son fell and had a big gash above his eye. The specialist told me to use this on him 3-4 times a day and you can hardly see the scar, some days you can't see it at all. I'm going ot try this on my stretch marks and will post my results.

Ingredients: Vitamin E Oil (vitamin E caplets)
Instructions: I previously wrote to inform everyone about how to get rid of scars with vitamin E oil caplets. I have recently discovered that it also works for stretch marks. Last year, I gained quite a bit of weight and during that time I also gained stretch marks on my waist ("love handles"). I figured since the vitamin E had worked on my scars, why not try it on my stretch marks as well? It worked miracles and now I don't have a single stretch mark.Usually new stretch marks are either red or purple in color, older stretch marks are white. The vitamin E oil works great on newer stretch marks but even if they are older, it still works, it just takes a little longer. For the stretch marks you use it the same way as I instructed before by breaking/cutting open the caplet and applying a generous amount of vitamin E oil directly to the stretch mark. Over the last year or so, I have been e-mailed several times by people who have asked me questions regarding this method and I noticed two things that I did not address before.
- The first thing it that you should apply the vitamin E oil shortly after taking a shower. Do not wipe it off, just let it sink into the skin naturally and re-apply after your next shower. To be effective, you should be applying the vitamin E oil daily. If you do not take a shower every day then, on the days that you don't shower, clean the surface with a clean wet cloth and re-apply like usual.
- The second thing is if you find that the area feels a little sticky or it sticks to your clothes, cover the area with gauze (for bigger areas) using medical tape to secure it in place, or a band-aid (for smaller areas).
This remedy works for stretch marks, all sorts of scars (including acne scars and blemishes) and any skin irregularities that you wish would disappear. This information is straight from personal experience, I would never suggest anything to anyone without first trying it for myself. I have tried many, many different types of remedies for scars and believe me, this is definitely the best. Feel free to e-mail me with any questions and if I find any other uses for this remedy I will let you know.

Ingredients: Hair Conditioner/Palmers Cocoa Butter or any lotion that
helps to moisturize skin.
Instructions: When I had found out that I was pregnant in 2003 I started using Palmer's Cocoa Butter and other lotions on my whole body. I would put hair conditioner on my stomach when I got in the shower and I wouldn't wash it off til I was getting out. I put lotions on practically my whole body 3 times a day. Now, my son is 2 and I have not got one stretch mark. Another thing that helps is eating very healthy and exercise!

I used the popular Palmer's Cocoa Butter lotion and oil during my pregnancy and still ended up getting a lot of stretch marks during the 8th month of.  I am now using virgin, unrefined Hempseed oil.  I have only been using it once daily for 4 weeks, but can already see an improvement in fading.  Hope this helps!

Instructions: Apply Olive oil (100%) to your stretch marks at least twice a day. Within a week you should start to see the results of your stretch marks starting to fade!!!

A good home remedy for stretch marks: Buy vitamin E in gelcaps and take a needle and poke a hole in a few of them. Squeeze the liquid out and rub it on your stretch marks or scars.
