Ingredients: Korean ginseng (a.k.a red ginseng), hot water, salt
Instructions: Urticaria is a kind of rashes that is very itchy, swollen red, expand to large area of skin overtime, easily fixed by a dose of anti-histamin such as Zrytec but never cured, may appear like maps and it forms symmetrical on the body, i.e., appearing on both arms or both thighs or both index fingers, have no definite cause which the doctor can tell, and may be a chronic condition which means daily dose of anti-histamin.There are a few kinds of ginsengs: one of which is Korean ginseng, a.k.a. red ginseng. It is red color, dry, and rock hard. It is available in grounded powder form. But I believe the hard red root is more potent. For the latter, you have to get whoever selling the root to cut it in thin slices as it's quite difficult if you were to do it yourself. For a permanent cure of urticaria, add 5 to 6 slices red ginseng or 1 to 2 teaspoon of red ginseng powder into coffee mug, add hot water, salt to taste, and drink. For ginseng slices, you may refill with hot water a few more times. Drink it all day.If urticaria persists after one day of red ginseng tea remedy, continue the ginseng tea and avoid contact of your body with water and cold air, or at least keep it to minimum. If you have a chronic urticaria and it persists for more than three days even after taking steps to avoid contact with water, continue with the ginseng tea and eliminate all contact with water, no shower, no washing, nothing, and keep your body warm at all time. Avoid cold drinks, fruits, and anything which is ying in constituent. If it still persists after one week without shower, then you may not have urticuria and should abandon this treatment. However, if urticuria is weaken drastically but not completely eliminated, then learn to make food which can build the yang constituent of your body, such as chicken soup with american ginseng.
