Susan, I would first like to thank you for keeping this valuable site available to everyone. My 6 year old son had a wart directly in the middle of his hand. We tried all the over-the-counter remedies such as brush-on wart removers, the medicated discs with “discrete” bandages and the freeze-off, but nothing worked. Feeling helpless, I did an internet search for “home remedies for warts” and came upon your site. Using the ACV religiously on my son’s wart, we were able to completely rid him of his wart. As of yesterday, the last of the scab fell off. My son has set today aside to celebrate!
What we used/did:
Apple Cider Vinegar
Vaseline
Cotton balls
Waterproof medical tape (about 1’ thick)
Every night before bed I would coat around the wart with Vaseline so as not to damage the surrounding skin. I’d then pour a small amount of ACV into the cap and pull off a small piece of cotton (only the size needed to cover the wart) and dip it into the ACV. I’d then place it directly onto the wart and wrap his hand with the waterproof medical tape. He would sleep with it and wake up ready to remove it. We had to do this for about a month, but it’s now totally gone and my son is no longer self-conscious. THANK YOU!!

Susan,
I never would have believed it. I would have thought it was quackery. I'm a science teacher and doctoral student and thought I knew better. But, after months of using OTC "remedies" that did nothing on a wart on my finger, I gave the acv a try. I am shocked. Literally FIVE DAYS LATER the thing turned black and I picked it off. How the heck they get away with selling the other stuff (Salicytic Acid) as a remedy is beyond me. I would tell anyone that wants to get rid of a wart to spend five bucks, get a bottle of acv, some bandaides and cotton balls, give it a few nights, and save yourself tons of time, money and disappointment.
Thanks for the web site. I just thought I'd add this testimonial to the others I read.

Ingredients: Nail polish remover
Instructions: Soak the wart thoroughly with the nail polish, avoid washing the area for a while.
After a few weeks a top layer came off, I soaked it again, and another layer came off.
After the third soaking, the main body peeled off like a scab, it bled a little.
It left a red spot, but didn't regrow, and months later, there was no sign of it having been.
I found this out accidently, in my teens I had over twenty warts of different sizes,
the one on the palm of my hand hurt the most. I tried Wart Remover with no success.
I had it cauterized, it regrew. One under a finger nail bothered a lot, but then after
starting work as a spray painters in an auto body shop I noticed that all my warts were gone.
One persistent wart was still on my left knee, about a quarter inch high, and a quarter inch
across. It would catch on my pant leg and bleed sometimes, but I got used to it, remedies
were useless. Then, over 50 years later, (I'm 82)I thought about my auto body experience and
tried my wife's nail polish with complete success. I tried it on some other skin (age spots)
it worked on some, but not on others. It doesn't matter if some polish gets on surrounding
skin, unless you have a sensitivity. The method is inexpensive with very little hurt, and if
you use flesh colored nail polish it isn't very noticeable. It takes time, because your body
needs time to heal just as any skin problem does, so try to be patient, and not peel off the
poish prematurely, as it could bleed and hurt. Let nature slough it off.
I wish you every success.
Sincerely, Don.

Ingredients: Apple cider vinegar, cotton, bandages
Instructions: I would like to enthusiastically offer my support for APPLE CIDER VINEGAR in the cure of various SKIN AILMENTS.
WARTS: I dipped a very small piece of cotton in ACV, put this directly on the wart, then covered all with an air-tight bandage. I left on for c. 12 hours, then let the entire area breathe for 12 hours. I repeated for about 3 weeks, as this was a deep and large wart. The first 2 applications stung and throbbed a bit, but from then on, the entire enterprise was painless. The area eventually ulcerated--looks messy for a while--and painlessly peeled off. No more wart! As maintenance for about 3 more weeks, I dabbed a little ACV on the area, without bandage. The wart has not recurred after more than a year and a half!
SOLAR KERATOSIS: My dermatologist identified this on my skin just above my upper lip. She offered to burn it off with liquid nitrogen: no, thanks. I followed the same ACV routine, and it worked! Took a lot less time, as this keratosis was not deep.
OTHER SKIN GROWTHS: I am currently eliminating a little bump from my nose that I\'ve had for over 10 years: it is in the red and ulcerating phase and about to sluff off.
I am excited about the way ACV works to remove skin ailments! This method is cheap, safe, and natural. The skin afterwards is perfectly healthy and not scarred: quite preferable to liquid nitrogen or fluorouracil-5 or other harsh chemicals. Try it!

Dear Susan,
I'd like to thank you very much for your website. It helped me find my
way to heal my warts, especially using ACV. Below is my testimony.
Sorry that it is very long, but I thought that it might be helpful for
some people who struggle against extremely stubborn warts. Please do
not reveal my name or email address if you decided to post my
testimony on your site. You may write that I am in Tucson, AZ. Again,
my deep thanks.
____________________
This testimony is going to be long. If your case is not chronic, you may want to skip directly to the points I wrote in the end. For those who are facing stubborn warts, you might want to read this entirely. There is hope for cure.
Three years ago I had two warts: one between my toes, and one on my right index finger, just on the right side of the nail. I went to a doctor. He froze the warts using liquid nitrogen. After the freezing, the one on my foot became bubbly. Two weeks later, I returned to the doctor. He burst off the bubble, releasing some liquid. The warts was gone forever. The one on my index finger wasn't completely removed. So my doctor froze it again. After two weeks, there was still a bit of warts there. But, silly me, I didn't go back to get another treatment due to ignorance about how dangerous warts could be.
So the warts got bigger again, and eventually it became pretty disturbing. To get rid of it, I tried the over-the-counter salicylic acid. It didn't work and in fact made the condition worse. I wouldn't suggest salicylic acid for warts cure. Because of the treatment, the warts became even more aggressive, spreading to my other fingers, under several nail beds, and even to my left thumb. Finally I got 15 warts. Some were huge, probably about more than half-inch wide. They looked extremely bad and worrying. They hurt too. I had to put band aids on five of my fingers everytime I went out, because I would feel embarrassed if people saw the warts. It was terrible.
In Fall 2007, I decided that I would fight the warts with full force. So I started going to another clinic to get the warts frozen again and again. The liquid nitrogen didn't work anymore. I had to come back every other week to get the treatment. I went for probably more than five times. Didn't work. I was frustrated. The RN gave me a referral to a dermatologist.
So I went to the dermatologist. He prescribed me Aldara. Very expensive: hundreds of dollars. I tried applying it to the warts for a couple of week, but it didn't work.
I went back to the RN to get liquid nitrogen treatments again because going to a dermatologist was too expensive. After several treatments, there still was no improvement! The RN, probably frustrated herself, suggested that I tried seeing a different dermatologist. I reluctantly agreed.
The second dermatologist tried a couple of treatments: one using cantharidin (beetle juice treatment). It didn't work. The other treatment was using the so-called squaric acid. Still didn't work. She finally gave me a referral for laser surgery - and a huge bill to pay. I was pretty upset with the situation.
One thing that I tried after that point was burning one of the warts using dry ice. Didn't really work.
So having spent a lot of money and being clueless, I searched the net
and found out about apple cider vinegar (ACV), including Susan's
website. So in December 2007, I decided to give it a try.
The method I used was similar to what other people say here: use a cotton ball, soak it in ACV, apply the cotton ball to the warts, wrap it with duct tape or the brown moving tape. I prefer the brown tape because it sticks better. Leave it there till the morning. There were warts on five of my fingers, so the treatment really sucked. ACV smelled very strong. The treatment hurt so much as well. I could not sleep in some nights because my fingers were throbbing like crazy. I kept doing it for several months with no result. But I was determined to be healed, so I kept doing it persistently. After four months, something happened: one or two of the warts looked drier. In April 2008, one of the warts was actually gone! So I persisted. I didn't use cotton balls anymore since April, but what I did was soaking the warts for one and a half hour everyday (while watching movies). I saw constant but very slow improvement since then.
Now, there were a couple things I did simultaneously with the ACV treatment. First, going to an acupuncturist. Second, boosting my immune system with lots of vitamins and supplements.
Let me tell you about my experience with acupuncture first. The
acupuncturist was a Chinese doctor. When he saw the warts, he
immediately said that it was not a skin problem, but rather a
digestion problem. My digestion, he said, was very poor and my blood
circulation was also quite bad. So he gave me the usual acupuncture
treatments on acupuncture points in order to improve my blood
circulation. Nothing really happened. So then he tried something very
extreme. I wouldn't recommend it unless your condition was so bad like
mine. The Chinese doctor finally started pricking acupuncture needles
on my fingers surrounding the warts. So these needles were not on the
usual acupuncture points. I've got probably 20-25 needles when I first
came in. But because the needles were not on acupuncture points, they
hurt so much. He left the needles on my fingers for about an hour.
Afterwards he pulled out the needles, which was very painful. Then he
pressed my fingers so blood flows out of the needle points. The
reasoning was simple: he was trying to get my own immune system to
fight against the warts by making blood flow to my fingers. Though it
was very painful, I came back for many treatments. He also gave me
Chinese herbs to drink three times daily. Then after several extreme
treatments like that, along with the use of ACV, I actually saw
significant improvement! So I kept coming to the Chinese doctor.
The second thing I did along with the ACV and acupuncture treatments was boosting my immune system. Here's what I did: I drank Kombucha tea faithfully every day for months, I took colloidal silver, I took chlorella tablets, multivitamins, garlic pills, ACV pills, etc. I took some potassium pills as well because I heard that having warts is a sign of deficiency of potassium in our body. I ate lots of bananas, too. As I said, it was a full-fledged war against the warts.
Here's another thing that I did: I applied tea tree oil frequently directly to the warts. It seemed to help make them gone faster.
Today, after 8 months of hard struggle against the stubborn warts, I'm very pleased to tell you that they are all gone. My fingers are as smooth as before. Even my nail beds are back to normal! Thank goodness.
So a couple of things that I need to underline:
(1) Be persistent against stubborn warts. Never give up. Let me say that again: never give up! Even if you haven't seen any progress after months of treatments, do not stop. Try multifarious ways.
(2) Dermatologists and surgeons only cure the warts, but probably notthe real issue. The real issue might be weak immune system or poor digestion or poor blood circulation. I opt for boosting my immune system rather than spending a lot of money with laser surgery, which probably would get rid of the warts only temporarily. I've read many testimonies from people who got a laser surgery for their warts, but the warts came back after a period of time.
(3) My case was extreme. I took the wholesale approach, trying anything brutally because I was desperate. But one thing that I'm sure was the most responsible for my healing was the use of ACV. So do try the simple method of using ACV with cotton balls (leave the cotton balls all night), or just soak the warts in ACV for an hour a day. Other things that I did were probably helpful to make the healing process faster, but probably not all necessary for healing. I'd suggest that you simply try the ACV treatment and take multivitamins (especially antioxidants: vitamins A, C, E). Also, during the day, apply tea tree oil frequently to the warts. But remember not to overdo it if your skin is too sensitive.
Thanks a lot for reading my testimony. Sorry it's very long. But I'd like to share my experience so people don't lose hope against warts. All the very best wishes!

I wish I had stumbled on this site about 7 years ago when I first started getting warts on my finger. After numerous trips to the dermatologist and thousands of dollars on medication nothing seemed to work. I have to say that I have about 10 warts on my finger. I have one on my index finger that is about the size of a dime and I tried the acv treatment last night on it and this morning I noticed that the wart has black seeds in it, indication that the wart is slowly dying. Yes, I was a bit skeptical, but after one night I can already tell that the vinegar is working.

Hi Susan,
Had a large wart on the back of my hand for years. Tried everything including 4 different treatmnets from Chemists and most of the Home Remedies listed. Finally tried Superglue and it worked. Just put Superglue on the wart, after a few days it comes off, then re-apply. The wart gradually shrunk until it disappeared completely.-Neville, Perth Australia.

I have hundreds of flat warts all over my legs. I have read all the remedies for getting rid of warts, but can't find any for flat warts. I did try the apple cider vinegar on one of them and I think it may have worked. With them being flat, there is very little skin that peels off. It did make a scab and the area around the flat wart actually looked like a carpet burn. I don't know if that was a reaction from the ACV on an area that didn't have a wart. I haven't bother it yet because I don't want a scar. So, I won't know until the scabs heals. My question is, if the apple cider vinegar did work, is there a way to do this without harming the skin on my legs that does not have a wart? They are the size of a pin head and some are very close together. How should l do those? HELP! I have taken tagament twice a day for almost a year, Aldara, burying the potato, you name it!
THANKS FOR YOUR HELP!

susan, heres my history, thank you for the great initiative.
after almost 2 years with 1 small, 1 medium, 2 big sized warts, periungual ones, around my fingernails, i came across this website and learned how to treat this annoying thing with acv, but after few weeks of treatment, using a small piece of cotton soaked in acv, placing it upside the warts and covering them with a band aid during every whole night, the hard skin on them didn't feel off, so i decide to use duofilm, and after 3 weeks of treatment as asked in its box, all my warts had felt off, so i started to repeat the acv-bandaid-whole-night procedure and after 3 long months, and many - layers - of black skin, new skin came from underside and now my finger/nails are one hundred percent clean.
some nights it was very painful, so i used remove the bandaid and free it.. but next night it was there.
periungual warts / verruga periungueal in portuguese / are very annoying as i said, but theres a total cure, a bit long, that demands patience but works like a charm.
just hope to help someone out there... someone like me that spent many hours surfing on internet looking for a wart removal recipe/remedy.

I have had warts FOREVER! I tried freezing them at the doctor's; all I got was a huge blown up blisters on my fingers - and after they went down the warts were still there. I tried over the counter products - same thing; nothing happened. I tried duct tape, Seabreeze (recommended by a friend) and finally reached the conclusion that I would just have them forever - until I started taking CoQ10. They seemed to disappear overnight! One I looked down and they weren't there! I couldn't believe it! And they still aren't there. I can't explain their disappearance on anything other than just taking this pill. I would love for someone else to try this to prove my theory.

Ingredients: Apple Cider Vinegar, cotton, duct tape
Instructions: I wanted to add one more positive account for the use of ACV in the treatment of warts. I had several warts on the bottom of my right heel - it started with one, but then became two, three, etc. All very close to each other so ultimately I had a spot the size of a Quarter that was all wart tissue. Gross, I know. I followed the treatment recommended by others on this site: I soaked some cotton in ACV, and then duct taped it to my foot. It seems to work best that way since your feet get sweaty and bandaids, etc. don\'t stick well. I changed the cotton once in the morning, once in the afternoon, and once right before bed. As other have said, it did hurt at times, but I really really wanted these things gone! Considering the size of the area I was dealing with, it took a long time - about 2 months for the warts to go away completely. The skin would turn white, with little black specks in the middle of the wart tissue. Eventually the white part peeled away. I kept at it until the little black specks were all gone. I went to see a dermatologist a few times during the process. She was astounded at the results. It\'s been 2 months since my last ACV treatment and I haven\'t seen any sign of warts since. Thank you!!!

Hi Susan:
I had plantars warts when I was 19, laser surgery was painful. I am now 40 and I have them in a different place. So I googled and found your site. I though apple cider vinegar ..ha what a joke but let's give it a try because I am not in pain and if it does not work I will go to the doctors which I hate.
Anyway after 4 days I am shocked by what I see! The largest and deepest wart has a black dot which means it is dead. No pain, no cost, no suffering. I want to thank you for this wonderful web site. In fact I would like to post a link for you on my web site, just for being so fantastic.
So then I know my blood pressure has been a bit high and I have a Dr appointment to put my mind at ease. BUT you see I am anti drug in every way shape and form. Both of my parents have/had (mom died at 60 :( ) high blood pressure. My dad is now battling borderline diabetes which killed my mother as well. So I went back to your site for a natural alternative. I say try the natural way before succumbing to meds. I saw what meds and doctors did to my mother. Watching her die a slow death has had a profound effect on my life. I lost weight and I exercise 5 days a week as a result but we all know genetics are a killer too.
So thank you for killing my warts because they are not pretty! Now let's see what happens to my blood pressure. Love and kisses!

Hi, Susan,
I love your site. Looked up the wart remedies and I am set to do the ACV cure. Also, must agree that Mayo is the best thing for getting rid of head lice. It is a good idea to grab those shower caps from the hotel rooms and take them home if you have kids...they sure did come in handy! We mayoed, and then wrapped our heads in saran wrap and went to bed. Of course the mayo still got everywhere, but it put our stress to rest, and that was most important. Woke up to beautifully conditioned hair with no lice!
I was hoping you might have some remedies for sinusitis, although I have found that after suffering each winter for years, and attributing it to being in a dirty classroom that does not have windows (I am a teacher) and being prescribed continuous antibiotics that included that horrible Cipro (which triggered a breathless allergic reaction that included itching from head to toe) only the regular use of a nettie pot brought reflief. So, for sinusitis, and to alleviate allergies, I recommend regular use of a nettie pot.
All the best,

I couldn't see how to post to the web site but I wanted to share my story. I have had a plantar's wart on the side of my big toe for over 2 years and had tried every treatment known to mankind. My sister found your site and shared the ACV treatment with me. I had nothing to lose so I decided to try it. Since I had the wart for such a long time, it took a month to get rid of but I can now say I don't see any remaining part of it left. It was at times one of the most painful things I've experienced but it was worth and the progress I was seeing encouraged me to not give up. I'm SO glad I stuck it out. Now for the first time in over 2 years I'm wart free. Thanks so much for your web site and your readers reviews and input.

My daughter had a planter wart when she was little I did nothing and then she had about 10..very gross. I saw on the internet about zantac. Gave it to her once a day and they turned black and fell off with no pain.
My friend covered hers with a band-aid to hide it and it went away in a few weeks. She wasn’t even trying to make it. l seems to me maybe covering a wart with anything almost is the key. Maybe it stops the breathing or something. I don’t know, but it worked and is cheap and easy.

So each night I would scrub the warts down with a scrub brush. Then I would dip a cotton ball in apple cider vinegar. I would put the cotton ball on my warts and tape it with duct tape. Then I would go to bed. After the first night, I could already see results. The warts first turned a little bit white, then brown, then black. Today I was able to peel them off. There is a small hole where the warts were, but no wart! I think I will continue with the vinegar treatment for a few more days to make sure I killed the root. Ingredients: WITCH HAZEL, Q-tips.
Instructions: The wart on my lip is gone! WITCH HAZEL really works!!! Gradual, painless, no scars. For years, I had a lump on my upper lip. I thought it was a mole. A doctor burned it off once with liquid nitrogen, which left me with a scar and scab for a couple weeks. A few years later, it started growing back, gradually getting larger and larger and larger until it was a quarter-inch across and a quarter-inch high. After reading this wart cure website, I wondered if maybe it was a wart, so I looked at the lump through a magnifying glass and realized that yes, it probably was. I decided to try the WITCH HAZEL TREATMENT, since it was said to be gradual, with no ugly stages, no scars, etc. (I reasoned that if the witch hazel wasn't strong enough to work, I could always try the harsher vinegar treatment.) I applied the WITCH HAZEL with a Q-tip twice a day -- just dab it on and let it dry. (Sometimes I forgot.) After just a couple days, a thin layer peeled off, like sunburned skin. I continued using the Witch Hazel twice a day and noticed that the wart was getting smaller and smaller. Occasionally, another thin layer would peel off it. After two weeks, the spot was nearly flat. I forgot to apply the Witch Hazel for a few days, and when I went back to it, the wart was completely gone!!!!!! WITCH HAZEL WORKS GREAT! Thank you so much for this website!!!

I can't believe it really works. I've had disturbing plantar warts on

At the first night, all I did is soaked the white vinegar in small
cotton, squeezed it, put it on the warts, then covered it with duct tapes.
The night went OK, but in the morning, I felt a really stinging feeling
all over my sole when i walked.
I swear i dont wanna do it anymore ..... (or so i thought)
After a few days, the crater showed black dots, and after a few weeks,

I suggest you do this remedy during the weekend, otherwise you can't

I also suggest to soak our feet in warm water everyday so the sole will
clean up faster.

It saves me a lot compared to medical expenses.

Ingredients: Apple cider vinegar
asprin
vaseline
cotton
bandaids
q tips
Instructions: Firstly Susan,
thank GOODNESS I came across your website! My wart is completely gone
because of this website\'s advice to use apple cider vinegar on a huge
wart on my right ring finger.
This is EXACTLY what I did:
1)I would take a small water bottle cap and fill it with apple cider
vinegar. I would put vaseline all around the area of the wart so as not
to hurt the skin surrounding the wart, and i would dip the wart in the
ACV treatment for an entire episode of friends (about 20 minutes). I
would also take an asprin because it hurt so badly!
2)Then after the treatment I would cut a small piece of cotton to be
about wart sized, dip it in ACV, put it over the wart and keep it in
place with a bandaid.
3) I did this once every day and finally after 9 long painful days the
wart turned a disgusting brownish color with red and black speckles in
it. It was completely black on the underside of the wart and was half
ejected from the skin. I used a q tip to gently slide it out, as it
bascially had already removed itself from the skin.
4)Just to make DOUBLY sure this disgusting thibng never comes back, I
am using an ACV treatment on the roots, as I can still see little black
and red dots where the wart was. I am dipping a q tip in ACV and
holding on the root area 20 minutes a day, then doing my same bandage
treatment. I plan to do this AT LEAST A WEEK so this thing NEVER comes back.
GOODLUCK. And remember, it WILL hurt. When it hurts, the wart is
alive and fighting. Pop an asprin to ease the pain, you'll need it! This
DOES work. I did not expect results and almost gave up in the middle
but I'm so glad I didn't. Try it, is is cheap and you have nothing
to loose!

Two weeks ago I came across the Apple Cider Vinegar cure on your page for warts. Having tried for many years to get rid of the wart on my thumb, I applied the cotton wool soaked in ACV and taped over it. It was a bit painful at times, but the result was incredible. I applied the ACV twice a day and needed to file the wart down after the first week and now It has almost gone. It is well worth the discomfort as it actually works. I would recommend this cure. Thank you.

I tried EVERYTHING. Apple cider vinegar, nail polish, garlic, aloe, duct tape, even had the doctor put on industrial strength Compound W, commercial wart freezing kit. Nothing worked.
Mostly just made it more painful. Finally, I combined two methods: 1) I followed the instructions on the package of the freezing method (which does hurt to hold it on their for 40 seconds), and then I covered it up with duct tape.
It\'s gone. Completly gone. I have a couple of other small warts that I just started to treat and they\'re almost gone as well.

I am a college student, soon to be graduate, entering interview time and I have a pencil eraser sized wart on my right ring finger, prime location to be noticed! With little money I looked to the internet for help. After reading your site I decided to try a few things. I wanted to let your readers know that 48 hours ago I filed the top off of my wart, applied a lemon juice and white vinegar mixture (Watch out, it stings!) for an hour, and then soaked my whole hand in hot water for alternating bouts of 10 minutes for half an hour total (the time in between was to re-microwave the water). I then dried the wart thouroughly using tissues because they wick away moisture the best (do not use toilet paper it dissolves in water and will leave little bits of tissue in the wart later on) and cut a wart pad to size and applied. I held the pad in place with Duct tape because it is water tight if done right (and the kit pads just get wet and slide around). Now, exactly 48 hours later I opened up my "bandage" and my wart was a white puff with a white ring around it. I used cuticle clippers to remove the white puff and underneath the wart is flat with black dots where the roots are. (No pain! I slept in the "bandage" and everything) I filed off the black scabby bits ( Do not file until you draw blood!! Just lightly to start the sloughing) and now there is no sign of the wart, no hole or crater. I have re-cleaned it and soaked it again and have re-wrapped it. In another two days I will use Eucerine medicated ointment to heal the skin arround it! Please let people know that, if they already spent money on kit methods, the Kit's can work they just need some good old fashioned help! I have a job interview in 5 days! Thanks so much for this site!!

Pain tolerance
Instructions: I came across the ACV treatment on this site and I am
pleased to report that it really does work. I had a wart on my left
knuckle and it had been there
for several years. My daughter also has quite a few warts on the tops
of her hands and around the cuticle. So, I thought I\'d try it on myself
first
to 1. see if it worked and 2. see how painful it is.
The first night I cut a little bit of cotton ball down to size, soaked
it in ACV, squeezed the excess out and applied to wart. I had already
torn my strips
of duct tape ahead of time and then after applying ACV cotton ball,
wrapped the duct tape around it.
The first night, absolutely no pain for me, by morning, the wart had
black speckles. Second night, it hurt enough that after 4 hours, I took
it off - by
morning it was starting to turn light brown. 3rd night still a little
painful but not nearly as bad, it had turned brown at this point. 4th
night, no pain -
by morning it had turned black.
I then let it dry out for 3 days and then I picked the black \"scab\" off (not at all painful to do this). It left a small hole in my knuckle
but by the next day
it had started to heal and close. 2 days later, the hole is sealed up
and healing nicely.
I have started this treatment on a large plantar wart on my foot and it
is going through the same steps. I highly recommend the ACV treatment!

Ingredients: Apple Cider Vinegar
Instructions: I know there are numerous postings on this method, but I
am submitting it in again because it REALLY WORKS. I had two warts on
my hand that wouldn't go away using over the counter medicine, so I
found this remedy on this site and figured I would give it a try.
Within a couple of days the small wart came off and then about a week later
the bigger wart came off. They seem to just peel right off. I know it
sounds like it hurts but it didn't hurt at all, they seem to just
come off. The only down fall to this method is you smell like vinegar.
I would put it on in the morning before work and some people asked why
it smelled like vinegar, so I figured I would be honest and tell them
the reason, they were over it pretty quick. So with that said, the way
I did it, was take a small piece of cotton, the size of the wart,
soaked in apple cider vinegar, squeeze out the excess, then tape it to the
wart with a band aid or medical tape. I did it in the morning and at
night before bed. I didn't feel any pain or uncomfortable ness.
Within a week or so they were gone, it was unbelievable. I have no scars or
marks that they were there of any kind. Thanks Dan

Ingredients: Multi-vitamin (like Centrum)
Name: Joanne
Instructions: Vitamins! Of course this may not work for everyone, but I must say what I experienced myself: I had facial flat warts for a year and a half, with no signs of letting up. I tried Aldara prescribed by my doctor early on, but it made me break out so I stopped. I even tried apple cider vinegar but 1) the vinegar literally burns through your skin, which can scar, and 2) even the warts which I did burn off I could tell might have come back; they were still there but hadn\'t raised back up. I finally thought about the fact that what naturally destroys warts is your immune system, so I thought I should strengthen mine and started taking a daily multi-vitamin for the Vitamin C (I hadn\'t taken one regularly for many years) Within about a week and a half the warts were entirely gone. Again, perhaps this may only work for those who had the same immune system status as I, but it\'s so easy and I was so miserable with my warts that I just had to share! SUCH a relief!

Hi there, I'm e-mailing from Jersey in the Channel Islands, just off France. I found your site while looking for a natural remedy to get rid of a large wart on my thumb, none of the over the counter remedies worked. I have been using the apple cider vinegar & tape method for 3 weeks now & I don't Know how to tell if the wart has gone, it's a good job that I have a pretty high pain threshold as it at times there has been a lot of pain and it throbs. Can you please tell me how to recognize when the wart has gone ? I do not want to carry on with the ACV treatment if it has. Thank you very much.

Hello Susan,
I just discovered your website. I have a problem with warts on my
fingers. Like most people on your Warts page, I have tried
EVERYTHING, from freezing them to over the counter medications, and
still NO PROGRESS. I read all the reviews listed on your page, but
didn't find one that mentions the kind of warts I have, which are
flat and around my finger nails. i REALLY would love to know if you
have heard of any home remedies that would help me. I'm thinking
about using the apple cider vinegar with cotton, but I'm not sure it
would help, since the reviews mention warts that rise above the skin
that are bumpy, that "fall off." Do you know if the apple cider
vinegar will work? Please let me know, as I would like to put an end
to my problem and stop wasting my time and money on things that just
don't work.
Thank you.

Hey Susan
Just wondering about the wart removal method of acv and tape..
I've just started doing it with about 7 or 8 relatively big warts and the first nite i applied this method some of them turned brown/black.
However I have continued to do this but the warts only go big and white and do not change to a brown/black colour
I was wondering if it mite be the tape not being applied probably as 3 of my main 1s are on my left palm and they are quite tricky to tape.
Could this be the reason? Or is it just a long process for removal??
Any tips or advice please let me know
Thanks

Ingredients: apple cider vinegar
Instructions: Take a piece of cotton removed from the end of a q-tip,
drench it with apple cider vinegar and place it on the wart.
Place a bandaid or tape to keep the acv-cotton on the area (I use
clear packing tape).
It\'s best to do this before bed. Put on some socks too to prevent the
bandage from moving around too much.
The next morning remove the bandage. The wart and surrounding area
should be puffy and white. After a few days of doing this you will see
black spots in the center of the wart and the area will be very tender and
painful to the touch. When the warts are black, leave the area alone so
it can dry out. The wart will be hardened and fall off.
The length of time for treatment depends on how deep your wart is. I had several warts on my big toe that had been there for at least 10 years. I applied acv for a week, let it harden and the dead bits fall off, and then I saw there was another layer of wart underneath. I had to repeat everything again, and the wart became smaller and smaller each time. Finally the warts were much smaller but I didn\'t feel like treating them anymore so I left them alone. Over the course of a few months the warts just went away on their own! I now have one other wart that I did not treat yet with the acv so I am going to get rid of that one now!
This treatment is not for those with low pain tolerance. The vinegar makes your skin hurt after only one or two days but the pain usually faded for me the next day within 4 hours or so. However it really does work! No pain no gain!

My son who is 5, got plantars warts this summer. He had 2 on one foot and 1 on the other. After finally figuring out what they were, I tried treating them with over the counter products. First I tried the freezing method, it didn't work. I also tried the Salicylic acid for weeks, that didn't work either. I gave up on them for a few weeks and checked up on them last week, the bigger one on his foot was now double in size and it was multiplying, there were 4 smaller warts now around it. I was shocked, I had no idea what to do, I am waiting for my insurance to kick in, but that will be another 4 months. I also was scared, were these warts going to cover his entire foot? Would he be able to walk? So, I came across this website and tried the white vinegar dipped in a cotton ball and secured over his wart with a piece of waterproof tape. I did this every night for 2 nights (the tape came off during the day, he's 5 and very active). Today I had him take a shower so I could reapply the vinegar for another time. He allowed me peeled away all of the dead skin on his bigger wart and off came his wart along with all but one of the smaller ones. I was grossed out and amazed all at once, so was he. We are still working on the other 2 and the 1 smaller one yet, but I'm sure it won't be long. You have got to try this, it really works. I wish I would have seen this website months ago, it would have saved me $30.00, more if I would have taken him to the doctor.

HI!!!
I stumbled across your website after being told that I had Plantar's Warts. I don't have health insurance and I was told I needed Aldara for the warts, which costs about 300$!!! Without insurance! So I turned to the Apple Cider Vinegar and Duct Tape remedy...and in ONE DAY I saw results!!!!! It's now day 4 and they're practically gone!! Thank you so much for the readers' input! Your website really helped me!!!!

squeeze out excess bleach, place it over wart, and put duct tape over
it.Do this 2 or 3 times a day, (If you have that time) And within a week
your wart will appear smaller and you\'ll see black roots which mean
it's dying. I have tryed this and it works!! I have also tryed acv, but
it hurted when I walked and it made a huge crater on my foot. The
bleach didn\'t hurt at all and no crater. I figured, when my daughter had
her planters wart her\'s went away when she went swimming, we had a pool
and buy the end of the summer it was gone. If you think about it a

Ingredients: Apple Cider Vinegar, Cotton Pads used for makeup removal
cut into small pieces, band-aids.
Instructions: This is a follow-up report from my Jan. 8th entry.
Folks, this really does work. As an example, in November of last year I
developed another wart on the inside of my pointer finger. It seemed
pretty aggressive compared to the other warts I have which are very
flat, don't hurt, and don't seem to grow. Well this wart was more of
a classic wart that hurt and had the cauliflower-like appearance.
Then in late December, I started the ACV treatment per this site.
I had a lot of pain at times while the vinegar was on the wart, and I had to stop for a night or two here or there. Lots of swelling up of the surrounding skin, etc. A couple times I picked off some of the top layers of hardened dried yellow skin and then kept at it with the ACV. Finally, it looked like there were the small black dots that others mentioned, so I stopped using the ACV and let it heal. Well, now the skin looks totally normal except for a small smoothness in my fingerprint lines. No wart as far as I can tell, no pain under the surface when pressing on the area, etc. I think it worked!
Now, I do have some other warts on other fingers and knuckles that are small and flat like I mentioned above. I treated them as well, and while not as dramatic as the more common wart, these seem to be reducing as well. Also, the really painful periungual wart mentioned in my previous post is now almost gone. And this was after swelling up with even more pain during the ACV application, and looking almost like it was worsening.
I'll keep going and report back when they are all gone, but I have to say to any who are still doubting, go get some fresh organic ACV, and start tonight. It really works, and as someone who has had warts for 75% of his life and tried almost everything, it\'s an amazingly simple and happy ending to a long and painful story.
Thanks for this site Susan. This treatment is testament to the incredible complexity of the organic chemistry of the human body. For all of the benefits of Western Medicine, there's still a lot that we don't understand. I\'ve never heard any doctor say anything at all about ACV, but it works!

Ingredients: Apple Cider Vinegar Works!
Cotton balls
Band-aids
Instructions: My husband has been battling over 50 warts on his right
hand for over a year now. We\'ve tried the salicylic acid treatments
with water-proof tape over it. That was only very painful and the warts
ALWAYS came back and multiplied!
As you can imagine, warts all over your right hand is a major
embarrassment when meeting new people (shaking hands).
I was searching for treatments and I found "warts no more" oil online. It is very expensive, but the testimonials said it would work. We bought it, then bought the next strength, then finally bought the strongest formula they have "warts no more extreme strength". Even after all that, there was little effect on the warts and this was after months of applying it 2-3 times per day!
Needless to say, this site was a God-send! I told him about the apple cider vinegar treatment I found on this site. He was skeptical, and to be honest, so was I. We did a "test run" on one of the warts and within 24 hrs it had turned black and was drying up! This convinced him to use the vinegar for all the warts. Now they are all black within 72 hrs and shrinking away to nothing!
How we did it:
Take a piece of cotton ball and cut a small piece that will cover the
wart, dip it in the apple cider vinegar and lightly squeeze out the
excess. Place the piece of cotton directly on the wart and cover with a
band-aid (I ripped off the pad part of the band-aid so it wouldn't
absorb any of the vinegar).
Re-wet the cotton at least one more time per day.
Since the warts were on his hand, he tried to avoid getting his hands
wet during the day because warts love moisture.
He also had some athlete's foot and toe fungus which I read on this site you can use apple cider vinegar on also! Who would have thought that a bottle of apple cider vinegar (about $2.50) at the store would cure my husband\s warts (and hopefully his athlete's foot and toe fungus) faster than the "warts no more" treatment (about $120)! Thankfully, the warts no more has a money back guarantee because it's GOING BACK! :)
THANK YOU for this site!!!!

Instructions: I had six warts on my foot for several years, including
one on a toe. I had tried the over the counter medicine (salycilic
acid), many visits to the doctor (I actually went to two doctors over the
past three years) for freezing, acid, and laser one time. Nothing
helped. In November 2007 a new wart appeared on one of my fingers - I
started to panic thinking that I had an incurable case of warts that would
spread to my entire body. I looked online and found this website.
Started with apple cider vinegar - it was very painful at first - the warts
did form a scab and after a few weeks, the pain was completely gone
but I did not see any changes for better or worse. The warts were still
there. I tried iodine - applied it several times each day (had a
bottle at work and a bottle at home). They say the white (decolorized)
iodine is not as strong, but that is what I used. And it worked. All
seven warts have disappeared completely, no scars left. I once tried the
brown, regular iodine but it seems it was not as strong.

I was looking at some of the posting on the International Home Remedies
site and I'd like to share mine.
I had a single planters wart on the bottom of my left foot for about
two
years in highschool, but it never really bothered me so I tried the
wart
removal pads but when they didn't work I didn't freak out, then in
college I
noticed they started to spread over my first year of college they
spread to
a small cluster on the pad of my left foot. I tried the removal pads
again,
the liquids and the home freezing kits and nothing worked. In fact I
felt
the freezing kits may have contributed to making it worse because the
cluster spread even more. All the liquids and pads did was damage the
skin
surrounding the warts. I read about the vinegar treatments and the duct
tape
treatments and tried both with some success. What really worked for me
was
combining the two. I would use a Q-tip to apply the vinegar to my warts
allow it to dry on the warts and wrap them in duct tape. It can be hard
to
get the duct tape to stick to your feet, especially if they sweat at
night
and I had to try a few different types of duct tape before I found one
that
stuck well. I still had to reapply the tape daily because it would come
off
at night or in the shower. My cluster of warts that was larger than a
quarter and started to disappear after a month and was completely gone
after
about two and a half months and it was painless unlike the other
methods. I
highly recommend it.
Hi Susan
I wanted to thank you for the apple cider vinegar wart remedy you published on your site. I have a couple of warts which have been impossible to get rid of with over the counter and Chiropodist remedies. I have a baby son who I bathe a few times a week. I had a wart on my left index finger which I worried about passing to my son. I picked up that wart while trying to treat the wart on my little toe on my left foot. I can report amazing success with the wart on my finger - all I can see is a small dot where the hole is healing up nicely. In a couple of weeks, there will be no sign of it. It took me about ten days of placing an ACD soaked cotton ball on the finger tip held in place with a bandage. It stung a little bit. The wart was clearly bigger than I thought - you can see it clearly when it swells up from the vinegar. The center turned dark but I persisted until it got quite dark in the middle. I figured that any stinging reaction meant that the wart was still fighting. After ten days, the sensitivity dropped so I let it dry out. I did remove the scab that formed but I resisted doing so for several days to let nature take its course. I'm still working on my toe but it looks a lot better than before - it had become worse after a Chiropodist had attempted to create an abscess on the wart to kill it. It came back in a much uglier form covering a wider area. Now with ACD treatment, it looks like it is retreating and dying. I have been afraid to show my feet in sandals and worry about passing the warts to others in pools or in my home. I am so grateful to you for spreading the good word about this miraculous ACD remedy. I hope to be wart free soon.
There is something about using a natural acid that suggests it would be both helpful and environmentally friendly. This is no crackpot remedy - it really works.

INGREDIENTS: White Vinegar
INSTRUCTIONS: I have had a wart now for five years. It was located on a knuckle on my right hand, it was therefore very prominent and very
difficult to hide.
In those five years I have tried everything and anything, even to the
extent of putting super glue on it in the believe that this would
suffocate
the wart and therefore allow it to drop off. I had it frozen with
liquid ice at the doctors which seemed to be successful but in fact was not.
Then I came across this site and read an article by Melissa who had
used white vinegar to banish her wart. I tried exactly the same method as
she
recommended and I am very happy to say that it seems to have worked. I
currently have a crater in my hand but the i think that will heal in
time
and it is beginning to scab over even now. White vinegar works -
pharmaceutical companies do not seem to know what they are producing because
none
of that stuff seems to work. Thank you so much for this site.

INSTRUCTIONS: I wanted to add my experience to that of many people who
have posted this remedy
for warts. My teenage son had very stuburn plantar warts for over two
years.
We went to several doctors who treated them with freezing to cutting
and various
prescription creams over the years. Nothing helped and the warts
started to spread
on his sole. Finally we came across other people's postings on the web
about the
magical vinager remedy for warts. First we had a doc cut the dead skin
over the
warts (as he did for many weeks before, but it always came back). Then
with the
roots exposed, we did as indicated: taped a piece of cotton ball soaked
in apple
cider vinager overnight, every night consistently, and after
a couple of days the area became somewhat puffed and inflammated. After
only 3-4
days they started to darken (in particular, you should notice the roots
darken -
looks like little black dots below and around the wart) until they
became black and
in less than 2 weeks they dropped dead and were GONE!
This was many months ago. We never saw them again.
We recommended this treatment to others and it worked for them too.
Thanks you!

INGREDIENTS: White vinega
INSTRUCTIONS: This is a follow up to my last post a month ago. When
the wart comes off you have a nice size crater in you skin. I kept
putting the White Vineger on the crater for a few days just to make sure I
killed what I call the seeds.
Now you still have the crater but just wash it with soap and water when
you change the bandaid. It is an open wound so keep it covered.
Covering it keeps it from getting hit or scratched and getting infected.
As a scab froms keep it covered but loose so the air can help it heal.
If it gets wet use a new bandaid.
Two weeks after the wart came off it was in the open air stage. The way it heals is the skin at the bottom of the crater come up and the sides move in. It forms a lumpy scar that slowly goes down to skin level. The entire process is about 1 month till there is not scab or pain.
If you went to a doctor it would have been megabuck and maybe would
have to do it twice and wait just as long each time.
Thanks for the information.

INGREDIENTS: One potato, cut in half.

A little sense of humour
..and a dash of faith!
INSTRUCTIONS: I know this sounds crazy, and I like the romantic notionof 'old-remedies'
as much as many of them don't work... but this oneseriously did. I tried using
several goopy, acidic gels and such from the drugstore, tea tree oil, oil of
oregano etc.. but when I was out in the country, with access to a real back
yard, I decided to purchase ONE potato, just for this purpose and try it out.
What harn could it do, and it seemed silly but fun. Well the potato juice kind
of bubbled so I thought "it must be a chemical reaction".. I buried
both halves in a deep hole with my little nefew... and a week later when I srrived
back home.. my wart was gone! All of it, the skin was getting back it's normal
pattern on the bottom of my foot, no red circle, nothing! I sloughed it
with a pumice stone and have not seen it since! I think this is a real case
of mind over matter! Have fun with it, try it and see the
results!! (Now if I could just find something like this for my monthly pim!ples!)
Hi, I am a fifty year old woman from PA who found I had a wart for the first
time in my life, on my hand three months ago. I bought some of the over the
counter liquid wart remover a few months ago, After using this religiously I
found that not only was it not working but that it was actually, I think doing
more harm than good as the wart seemed to get bigger and also any of the liquid
that got onto the skin surrounding the wart, got extremely irritated. I had
remembered that when one of my sons was young he had many on his hands and it
took many, many, many trips to the doctor to get rid of them ! So, I did a google
search, came up with a ton of suggestions using vinegar. I figured I had nothing
to lose, that was three days ago. This is just awesome !! It really really works
! I had no apple cider vinegar so I used white vinegar and did what the others
did on here, using cotton soaked in vinegar and a bandaid to cover it. After
only two days of this, the wart started to turn a dark brown, today it basically
almost fell off. Yes, there is a hole there now , but the wart is about all
gone. I will continue to use the vinegar to make sure that the root is also
dead, but I am thrilled. I will be less likely to try over the counter stuff
for things such as this from now on and much more likely to explore home remedies,
that I am sure, worked for folks years and years ago. Thanks for this website

INSTRUCTIONS: I had a really bad case of periungual warts as a child. All over
both hands and many common warts too. I went to adermatologist, there were far
too many to try cryotherapy. He used someunknown substance on me (possibly cantharidin
or sqauric acid) and within acouple weeks all the warts vanished. Well, they
came back in my midtwenties. I called that same doctor I had seen as a child,
but he wasreluctant to help. Not sure if he remembered, or possibly he felt
that whatever he had given me then was now unsafe. Anyway, the warts were back.
At first just one, then more. I tried everything over the course of my 20s and
30s, Aldara, Cryotherapy, Duct Tape, etc. I went to many dermatologists. Most
were too concerned with plastic surgery.
One tried something a bit exotic, I can't remember what is was, but that did
not work.
So, now I am 40. I saw this page a while back and finally tried the ACV. I have not been able to do all my warts yet because of the hassle of putting on so many bandaids each night. It's been about 10 days now, and many of the warts have turned brown, some have turned to blood blisters and there's lots of swelling and blistering underneath the warts, especially one periungual wart. It seems like it is working, but I can't say it's cured me yet. Everyone seems to say that I should stick with it. I think my warts are pretty large underneath, they seem pretty hard to get rid of. But I am sticking with it. There have been a couple nights where the pain was bad enough that I could not sleep so I had to take the bandaid off of the most painful areas.
But I definitely have more of a reaction than anything else I have tried, so there is something to this whole ACV thing. And it is cheap and doesn't require wasting time with doctors that don't really want to help.
I will post again when I have final report.

weeks the pain got worse and the wart seemed to continue to grow.
I found this web site and decided that it was worth trying out since
there was so much success with it.
Here is what I did:
I cut away the dead skin from around my wart that seemed to be due to
the Freezing by the Doctor. I then took the top of a cue tip and removed
the cotton. I dipped the cotton into a tablespoon
of Apple Cider vinegar. I squeezed out the excess vinegar and place the
cotton over my wart and put the cloth tape on to secure it. I wore
this for 24 hours a day for 3 days. I changed this out 2-3 times a day
for the next 3 days.
-Day 1: The apple cider vinegar did sting a little bit but WAY less
than the actual pain of the wart.
-Day 2: By the beginning of day 2 the wart had scabbed over and turned
black. I followed the instructions that I found here on this web site
from other users and picked the scab off. It did NOT hurt.
-Day 3: Wart was totally healing. No more pain. I was able to put
pressure on my finger again.. totally essential for a Bass player.
I then continued with the treatment. End of day 3, evening took
off the cloth-tape and Apple Cider Vinegar cotton ball. Let my finger
dry over night.
-Day4: No pain at all. My skin is healing over nicely and no pain.
I totally can't believe that the Dr's office did not recommend this to
me. This was such a simple solution and best of all IT WORKS.. ( at
least for me.. :o) )

INGREDIENTS: Just confirming the vinegar as the cure. I used white. Exactly as the other people stated. Small piece of cotton soaked in Vinegar, excess squeezed out of the cotton so it is just damp. Put it over the wart and hold it in place with tape or bandaid. I used the water proof bandaids. After 8 hours a blood blister. After 3 days it fell off. Will keep using it for 3 more days to be sure. Thanks

INGREDIENTS: - Apple Cider Vinegar
- Cotton Ball(s)
- Bandaid or Duct-Tape
INSTRUCTIONS: I am a freshman in high school and I hated to show myhands because of my warts. I hated doing groupwork and I hated eating infront of people. I got fed up with my warts so I tried the Dr. Scholls(xcuse spelling) Freeze Away, but that didn't do anything more thandecrease the size of the wart. So I came to this website and found thatmany people had success with the apple cider vinegar recipe. I decided totry this remedy and amazingly it worked!!!
Here's the steps that I took:
1: I tore off a peice of the cotton ball about the same size of my
wart.
2: Then, I poured a little ACV in the cap of the bottle and soaked the
peice of cotton.
3: After soaking the cotton, I placed it on my wart and then taped it
securely with duct-tape.
4: I let it soak for four hours after I went to bed (**I'm going to be
honest with you... In a few reviews, some people wrote that it didn't
hurt that badly, but the pain could vary with different people. I took
it off during the middle of the night because it burned pretty badly.
But I was ready to get rid of those suckers so I sucked up the pain for
those four hours).
5: When I took off the cotton and duct-tape, the warts had tripled in
size because of the skin's natural reaction to vinegar with no air. I
then rinsed the wart and went back to bed.
6: The next morning, I found that the warts had dried and had shrunken
tremendously; portions of it were turning a dark brownish black because
vinegar is anti-fungal and it killed the wart.
7: I did the same thing for one more night and the warts turned a
little blacker/browner by the next morning.
8: After a few days, they began to look like regular scabs so I peeled
them off very carefully (sounds painful, i know, but it didn't hurt at
all).
Now there is no sign that the warts were even there. I'm so glad that I
stumbled upon this site. THANKS ALOT!!!

INSTRUCTIONS: This is just to say that the apple cider vinegar cure does work. I had tried painful and expensive acid / freezing by the podiatrist over several months, homeopathy and over-the-counter sacylic (sp?) acid - none of which worked. I followed the instructions on this site for apple cider vinegar - a small bit of cotton wool soaked in cider vinegar and covered with a plaster. The verruca had been on my foot for about six months and was really unsightly. To begin with I thought it was just controlling the problem - it really shrunk the size of the verruca / wart. But in the end, after about three months, a podiatrist has just confirmed the verruca / wart has gone. It took a long time but the good thing about this treatment (apart from the fact that it works) is that it isn't expensive or painful so there is no reason not to perservere. I promised myself that if the cure worked, I would say so on this
website as a mark of gratitude. So thank you and good luck all

with treatment because although rare, these things can turn into
cancer!!!
This is what she prescribed for me:
Aldara (topical cream)
100% Australian Tea Tree Oil (I found this at GNC)--it HAS to be
Australian Tea Tree Oil
Cimetidine (oral pill taken twice a day to boost your immune system,
which ultimately is what
gets rid of the plantars warts)
Follow the doctor's orders religiously. It's hard to do this every

think I saw visible results within
2 weeks or so, and they were completely gone after about a month.
Those three things worked like a miracle!

Every 6 hours for 36hours I replaced the cotton and added new paste.

Then let dry in the air. wart should turn black within a day if not

The wart will then die, dry up, and fall out.

Hey Susan,
I have been on this site for a couple of years now trying to find a cure for my sons warts. He had about 40 on the palm of his hand and a couple on his knees and other hand. It was awful! We tried the apple cider vinegar and could tell that it would probably work but he could not stand the smell. With so many on his palm it was hard to try some things. Anyway I read an article about zinc sulfate. He started taking it and within a couple of weeks they were disappearing! He only has about 5 left on his palm and they are almost gone! We are thrilled and the best part has been no pain whatsoever! It can upset your stomach so it needs to be taken with food. He has been taking six capsules a day but could actually take twelve. He has had no side affects. The warts will look a bit bigger the first few days and then they just start disappearing. I wanted to tell other people about this since I know how desperate we were.

Just wanted to let you know my experience with using cider vinegar
to
remove a wart --
I haven't had any warts in decades, but I had one appear on my leftarm,
on the outside, a pretty large one, maybe a little larger than a pencil eraser.
Gross! I found this site and decided to try cider vinegar to
remove it -
Wow! I soaked a cotton ball in the cider vinegar and taped it on with a band
aid. That seemed to move around too much, so the next night I taped it on with
box tape. The first night I didn't notice anything except a cold feeling from
the wet cotton ball. The 2nd night (I only left the vinegar-soaked cotton balls
on at night) went fine, although I felt a distinct burning sensation. I could
sleep with it, but it was
noticeable! The next morning the wart had a black dot in the middle. On the
3rd morning the wart had turned a dark brown color and somewhat receded from
the rest of the skin. That morning, when I got out of the shower and toweled
off, all of a sudden I noticed the wart had fallen off! There was a distinct
spot where you could see the root of the wart, and so I continued to put the
vinegar-soaked cotton ball on the spot for about another week. The root continued
to change, first getting darker and then smaller. Now, about 3 weeks later,
there is still a small red circle where the wart was, but it is significantly
smaller than the original wart area, and you can't feel where the bump used
to be. I am using a natural moisturizer on my arm to help heal, but it is 1000times
better! Thank you for this site!
HELLO:
JUST WANTED TO LET YOU KNOW THAT I TRIED THE REMEDY OF CLEAR FINGERNAIL POLISH. WHILE IT TOOK A COUPLE OF MONTHS TO HEAL, IT DID TAKE THE WART AWAY THAT WAS ON THE BACK OF MY HAND. DUTIFULLY OVER TIME, I WOULD PUT THE POLISH ON IN THE MORNING, PEEL IT OFF IN THE EVENING (AS IT WOULD BE CRACKED AND POSSIBLY LETTING AIR INTO THE WART); THEN I WOULD PUT A COATING OF NEW POLISH ON THE WART. WHEN THE SWELLING OF THE WART HAD DISAPPEARED BACK TO THE LEVEL OF THE SKIN AROUND IT, I WAS ABLE TO DISCONTINU THE POLISH COATING. THERE IS A LIGHT DISCOLORATION SCAR WHERE THE WART WAS LOCATED, BUT THEN I AM LIGHT SKINNED TO BEGIN WITH AND ALL MARKS ON THE SKIN SHOW. ONCE I DID TRY TO DISCONTINUE THE COATING EARLIER, BUT IT WAS TOO SOON AND THE WART STARTED SWELLING AGAIN.
THANKS FOR THE FREE ADVICE. IT IS GREATLY APPRECIATED. HOPE THIS HELPS SOMEONE ELSE.

Well, warts came back. So I read on this page about Apple Cider vinegar. I decided

(covered with a band-aid). The next moring the warts had puffed up and soon
afterthat they began to get a dark spot in the middle. Then they scabbed up
and
fell off. Only drawback is you need to very careful of not over doing it in

INSTRUCTIONS: For years I have suffered from warts on my fingers and mywedding
is coming up in December, so about three weeks ago I stumbledupon this website
decided to try the apple cider remedy. My previous experience with over the
counter acids to home freeze-offkits were dissapointing and none of them were
effective in completely removing warts from my hands. With the Apple Cider I...placed
a cotton ball cut to the size of the wart and soaked in AppleCider Vinegar on
the affected area for three whole days and nightschanging the dressing once
every 8 hrs or so. I have heard that some people only placed the apple cider
soakedcotton on the wart during the night, but I just left mine on all day hopingI
would see results faster. The results were quick! Within three days the 2 warts
I tested this method (about the size of pencil erasers) with had turned black.
I removed the blackened area, which left quite
a large hole, and simply covered it with a bandaid. Within a week after that
full scabs had formed on the wart area and now there is no
evidence there were ever warts on my finger. I must note that, at least for
me, the process was not painless, however the results are amazing! I am going
to try this with a wart I haveon the bottom of my foot. I expect that the results
will be equally satisfying.
I was on your site looking for a wart removal.
found it and tried it last night the one with the apple cider vinigar.
I tried it last night... so far so good. It looks like it is working.
I am writing to tell you about my home remedy for getting rid of nail fungus.
The kind that lifts your nail bed up.
I used a half a teaspoon of sea salt and a half a teaspoon of tap water. soaked
my finger at night before I went to bed for 10 min. Air dried it and went to
bed. I did this for 4 nights... then sort of gave up. Well it worked. after
about 2 weeks my nail started to come back... It has been 2 years and it is
still fine.
Thanks for having such a great site.
Hi! I had an ugly wart on my pointer finger on my writing hand for over about 14 months. I tried every over the counter product I could find, name brand and non-name brands to no avail. In fact, one of the products actually ate through my skin and I had to stop using it. I tried the apple cider vinegar for 3 straight days for 24 hours, changing the cotton with more vinegar every twelve hours. By the 4th day I was down to a brownish black spot, sunken in my skin. The wart was by the knuckle area. Anyhow, I had to quit going to bed with it on and only used it during the day because it was so painful. The pain was so searing that it kept me awake a good bit of the night and I even cried at one point. The pain felt like it was right into my bone. At any rate, after the 6th day I quit using it because the wart was like a small scab inside a hole on my finger plus I couldn’t stand the pain anymore. Today is day 8 and I pulled the scabby thing off, the wart is gone and I have a small hole in the finger now where it once was. I’m very pleased because I see no discoloration so I’m hopeful that the wart is totally gone and hopefully won’t come back. My finger is quite sore but when it heals it should be fine. Thank you for the suggestion. I appreciate not having to keep my finger hidden any longer.
Hi Susan
My daughter and I tried the apple cider vinegar remedy for wart removal.? IT WAS AMAZING.? She had her warts for about 3 years and they were fully gone after 4 days.? I had mine for about six months and mine were fully gone after 4 days also.? I will now try this on my dog.? We both applied ACV on a cotton ball and then a bandaid overnight.? The next day the wart was visually changed, by day 3 it turned grayish black and day 4 it started to come off, when I filed it and trimmed it.? Thanks for the help, it was so easy.

rubbed a slice of lemon (the acid in the lemon jump starts the process and softens
the skin). Then applied the strip and kept it on

It bled a very small amount so I applied a regularband-aid. Later I washed it
off with cool water and applied aloe Vera gel as often as possible for a couple

of it coming back and It
only took 48 hours to make it disappear! I know it's not all a home remedy,
but with my own remedy and a little help with the strips it's gone for good.

INGREDIENTS: My 4-year-old son had warts that were spreading terribly
on his leg and I had read in the newspaper that elderberry extract taken internally
will kill them. It works great and it is painless! They are dying - first they
shrink and get brown. The liquid form is best- you take it 3 times/day- 30 drops
in a drink (each dose is 700 mg of elderberry). He has taken it for a month
now- so the whole process I am guessing can take up to 2 months depending on
how large the wart has grown. It must be killing the virus that causes them.It
was quite an exciting discovery for me (as a dietitian) because the warts had
actually grown back from the over-the-counter typical remedies. The only stores
to carry it are the health stores.
INSTRUCTIONS: Use 30 drops of elderberry extract in your drinks 3 times/day
for 6-8 weeks until the war is gone and then maybe once per day for maintenance
to have viral protection.

INSTRUCTIONS: Apply some garlic juice to wart twice a day. should be gone in

Break off a leaf from a poinsetta

a day allowing it to dry.
It takes about a week for the wart to completely disapear.
Caution: Do not get it near your mouth or eyes and do not ingest the poinsetta
milk it is very toxic.
According to Mark Twain:
"You got to go all by yourself, to the middle of the woods, where you know
there's a spunk-water stump, and just as it's midnight you back up against the
stump and jam your hand in and say:'Barley-corn, barley-corn, injun-meal shorts,
Spunk-water, spunk-water, swaller these warts,'and then walk away quick, eleven
steps, with your eyes shut, and then turn around three times and walk home without
speaking to anybody. Because if you speak the charm's busted."But seriously
folks, warts respond to being soaked in acid over a period of time. That is
why the vinegar and aspirin cures work. Seems silly to me that someone would
go to the drugstore and buy aspirin to cure a wart rather than buy the liquid
that is designed to remove them. The active ingredient in wart remover is salicylic
acid, which is aspirin. It is in an alcohol and ether suspension so that the
liquid will dry and stick to the wart. The thing they don't tell you on the
bottle is the duct tape trick mentioned in this forum. Basically you apply the
liquid, allow it to dry, and then cover the area with duct tape. In a few days,
remove the tape. Scrape the dead skin with a sterile razor blade. If there is
anything left of the wart re treat with the liquid and reapply the duct tape.
Repeat the process until the wart is completely gone.
The key to removing warts is to keep treating. If you don't remove the entire
wart to the core it will come back.
I am sure that you could use vinegar, lemon juice, vitamin c, an aspirin tablet,
or anything else acidic. I use the remover because I find it more convenient.
Kurt, Michigan
When I was in my teens living on a farm I had a total of 22 warts on my hands. I used milkweed (the juice from it) on every wart for about 2 to 3 wks & they did disappear. That is my experience & really it did work

INSTRUCTIONS: This one really works!I had this terrible wart on my middle finger
in my right hand. It started as a small lump with a clear liquid beneath the
skin. Several weeks, it divided into tinier lumps forming one big cauliflower-like
protrusion on my finger. So gross! I tried removing it using a nail cutter,
but it just keeps on getting back after a few days. The wart stayed on for about
two years. Then the ring finger beside grow another wart also. I was really
frustrated why I can't remove the warts. Then I came across this website and
read on some home remedies for wart removal. I tried the apple-cider vinegar
method, and guess what, my fingers show
no signs of any wart at all, not even scars. This method really works! Here's
how: purchase a bottle of apple cider vinegar from a grocery store (actually,
you won't be able to consume the entire contents before the wart is removed).
It must be APPLE CIDER VINEGAR, not any other vinegar, since the apple cider
vinegar is known for its healing properties. Then, when you're at home, pour
some drops of the vinegar on a small cotton ball enough to cover the wart until
it is saturated. Place it over the wart and cover it with a band-aid. Do this
every night for about 10 days. On the first few days, the wart will become swollen,
with a white ring on the side. Eventually, it will turn brown, then black. By
the eighth day, it will turn soft and on the tenth day, you can pluck the wart
off. Your finger though will become wrinkled with the
soaked vinegar, but that is just the skin's normal reaction to acid and lack
of air. Well, that's better to endure for 10 days than having a wart for say
2 years or more. Guys, this really works! I first thought it would since those
who suggested the remedy came from Western countries and that it might not work
in a tropical country likethe Philippines. But it just did. This is a fast,
safe, cost-effective, and do-it-yourself remedy I recommend to those with warts!

INGREDIENTS: apple cider vinegar
cotton ball
duct tape/bandaid
INSTRUCTIONS: I found this remedy and I doubted it would work, but I was desperate
to try. This remedy is best for the kinds of warts that are round and above
the skin, not in it. The texture is slightly dry and sort of bumpy. I had three
warts on different fingers and I struggled to make them go away with just duct
tape (trying to suffocate them -didn't work at all!!)I also tried freezing them
off (twice!) and that didn't even work. Then I tried the freeze it off yourself
kind-of-thing you buy
and not only was it painful, but it DIDN'T WORK! I was amazed at how cheap and
easy it was to get rid of warts this way! First, take your apple cider vinegar
(I was surprised I had any, but I did!) and pour a little bit into the cap of
the bottle. Then rip off a little piece of the cotton ball (about the size of
the wart) and soak it in the vinegar. Lightly squeeze excess dripping vinegar
back into the cap. Then lay the soaked cotton ball on the wart and wrap in duct
tape. If you dont have
duct tape, just use a bandaid, but duct tape is better because it doesn't let
the wart have air to survive. Do this to every wart you may have, and leave
it on overnight. The first night I tried it, two of my three warts were throbbing
and it was hard to sleep, but I got through it and I knew it was working. The
next day I took off the duct tape and my warts were white and soggy looking
on the top, with little black specks inside the wart. I could see the warts
had sucked up the vinegar, so I repeated what I did the day before. (Vinegar,
cotton ball, duct tape) That night I just had to take a peek. I took off the
duct tape and all of my warts were completely BLACK! I kept the duct tape on
that night (no pain, just a little sore when you touched the warts) and the
next day I left the duct tape off. One of my warts started to ooze blackish
juice (maybe the vinegar that killed it) and within a half hour I had painlessly
peeled off the black wart and there was just a nice hole in my finger! It didn't
hurt at all and it came off in 2 days! My other warts fell off within 4 or 5
days. Please, don't waste money on things that take long to get rid of them!
Try this, it really works!

Ingredients: Duck tape
Instructions: Cut a piece of duck tape and place it on top of the wart.
Leave it there until it peals off or you need to replace it. Continue to do
so until it is gone (usually a week, more or less). Yes, it looks weird to others
and it will itches like Hell but it is scientifically proven to be even more
effective that freezing it off. The people in the newspaper said it was the
adhesive that causes the body to fight off the wart. That's why it itches so
much.
Susan, I don't have
a remade for any thing, but wanted to tell you that I used vinegar to remove
a wart. I tried everything. It was on my index finger for over two years and
it was getting big and pain full. It took about 7 days for it to work. I can't
tell if it worked at this time , but it sure looks like it did. That is because
there is some dead skin around where the wart was. I do think so far it is a
success. I followed the directions from your web site. Take a q tip and remove
the cotton swab off the q tip and soak in vinegar then apply the cotton swab
on the wart and secure with a band aid.

this about 2-3 times a day for about a minute. Take the Q-tip and go up and
down the wart. The first few days the area around the wart with turn red and
maybe dry out, but that should wear off in about 2-3 days. Keep at it and soon
your wart will dissaper(please note that during this proccess your wart may

INGREDIENTS: Can of air e.g. Dust-Off or Air Duster
Band Aid
INSTRUCTIONS: If you go to the doctor to get rid of warts he/she will freeze
your warts until they're gone. They generally use liquid nitrogen to freeze them,
but if you want to do it at home you can simply use a can of air. The can of
air will not be as cold as liquid nitrogen but it will still be cold enough.
So this is what you do. Buy a can of air which you will find in the computer
section of wal-mart because they're used to clean computer parts. Take the can
of air and put the straw in it, shake the can, turn it UPSIDE DOWN, and press
the tip of the straw to the wart and spray. WARNING it hurts and it is really
cold. You want to do this at least 5 or 6 times to each wart until you believe
it has been frozen enough. Once you freeze all of your warts, put a bandaid
or something to restrict air to it. If it on your foot, it might hurt a bit
to walk. Repeat this every two to three weeks until the warts are completely
gone, and make sure there are no roots left in the skin either which you can
see as little brown dots underneath the skin. If they're are there continue
to freeze that spot until they're gone.

cure for removing those nasty warts, so I put it to the test. I dumped some
AC Vinegar into it's cap, and with a Q-tip I soaked the tip and lightly drenched
the 2 M&M sized warts on my pinky finger. I also mixed in a tiny bit of
roasted garlic oil, just because i had heard that garlic worked also. Then I
broke off a bit of a cotton ball.By barely skimming it across the surface of
the cap of AC vinegar, it soaked up the perfect amount. i placed it over one
wart, and then put a bandaid around it, then the same for the
second wart. Now, I don't know if it was the tylenol or the fact that all of
the other people were wussies, but i haven't felt any pain at all. Although
it is only morning, I can see that the warts are reacting some, so I am definitly
going to keep it up, because it is obviouslyworking better than the Compound
W, Dr Schouls freeze-away, the dermatologists nitrogin freezing (which hurts
like hell) and spending the past 2 years covering them up with bandaids to hide
the humiliation. Nothing has worked and I am really hoping that this Apple Cider

Instructions = My 9 year old daughter suffered with a painful wart on the ball
of her foot. We tried strong acylic acid medication from the doctor for weeks
and weeks. I found an article in an old magazine about how banana peels cure
warts. At night cut a small piece of banana peel just enough to cover the wart.
The white inside touching the wart. Cover with a bandage and go to bed. In the

We were so amazed that it really works and she hasn't had a reoccurrance. Its

with warts on my hands last year until I finally went in for shots which were
so painfully I nearly passed out. Thank God for this cure.
I came to this site to find
help for my son's flat facial warts. Most of the remedies sounded kind of harsh
for the face but then there was one to use Witch Hazel. So first we put some
duct tape on as many as we could over night and then we started applying the
Witch Hazel morning and night. After one week, many of his warts are gone and
the rest are going away! Thank you for this site. We do not have health insurance
at this time and this site has helped us out more than once.

Jason
Country of Remedy: U.S.
Ingredients: Apple Cider Vinegar
q-tips
bandaids
Instructions: I've never been a big one to go for homeopathic remedies, but warts are one thing modern science can't seem to figure out.I've had a wart on my knuckle for a few years now. I would occasionally get upset with it and gnaw it out, or other unpleasant things, untilit became painful. I tried Compund-W, freezing remedies and such to no avail. It was a stubborn wart. I had decided to just wait for it to go away, but somehow I got another one on my face. Crap, I can't use and OTC remedies there! Thus I became fed up with the increasing size of the one on my face, and decided to do something about it. My search led me here.
That was one week ago. I purchased plain
old Apply Cider Vinegar from Wal-Mart, and generic q-tips. I'd pull of the cotton
from a q-tip, and
put itunder a bandaid overnight.Let
me tell you, there is no questioning that there is SOME immediate effect. The
wart does turn white and swells up. The skin around it turn white, then pink
and red and somewhat painful. In fact, the second or third night I woke up and
had to remove it from the aching. Within two days, a portionof the wart had
turned dark brown under the surface. The skin around ]the wart became accustomed
to the vinegar, while the wart itself continued todarked and harden. By 6 days,
the wart was translucent and brown. I just tore it out today (the 7'th day).
There was no blood, just tender lookingpink and red skin underneath. I haven't
seen any approximation of skin from that knuckle in years.
There is no questioning the effectiveness of this. There is no possible way this could be attributed to something else. The duct tape method, for example, takes months just like all the other legitimate methods, and is just accelerating your body's natural defense a little. The wart reactedviolently to this vinegar assault. Swelled, then shrunk and died.
Time will tell if it is actually gone for
good. I will be applying more to the explosed flesh (probably diluted - ouchie!!),
but I cannot see
any way for it to get worse if I continue vinegar application which means it
will go away. The one on my face has
not been so lucky as yet. I'm still working on
it.Thank-you all of you for the suggestion.

I've had a cluster of about 15 plantar warts aboutthe size of a half-dollar
on the heel of my foot for about 8 years. When I asked the doctor about them,
he saidif they don't hurt, you should probably just live with them, they'll
probably go away in a year or two. Well, 5 years laterthey still weren't gone.
So I tried the duct tape solution a couple years ago and it almost worked...applying
duct tapemade it look like the warts were going away. However, for me, the warts
immediately came back after stopping the duct tape treatment.Back to square
one. This year I noticed more plantar warts on my foot...in addition to the
15 or so in the cluster, there were about 10 more scattered all over the sole
of my foot. I found your site and tried garlic pills. 10 weeks of this did nothing.
ThenI tried apple cider vinigar. I soaked my foot in vinigar for an hour a day.
Within a week it was obvious that this was working. The warts were turning black
and dying. After 4 weeks, my foot is completely clear of the warts that have
been there for years!Applying apple cider vinigar to warts works wonders! Thanks

Ingredients: Raw unskinned potatoes
Instructions: After reading post after post about wart destruction at the hand
of the common potato, I decided to give it a try. And it worked wonderfully.
Here's what I did.Do this right before bed.Wash whatever part you have warts
on really well.I cut about 1/2 inch off of each end of the potato. You may need
2 or three. They are really cheap by the 10 pound bag.On each wart, I rubbed
the raw potato end for 5 minutes. If you have a clusterof warts together, it's
still just 5 minutes. Use a circular motion.
Don't cover it and don't wash it until morning. Do this for two nights in a
row. And stop. In about 3 days you should see your warts turn a yellowish color
or a dark color at the root of it. If this happens, give your warts about 3
weeks before you treat again. It
takes a bit So here's the time frame, 2 nights for the treatment. 2 - 3 days
before they turn yellowor a darker color at the root. 2 - 3 weeks before they
disappear. So you could be lookingat a month over all. Sometimes it leaves a
scar but they aren't bad. If you'd had warts for a while like me, you should
expect one. On that note, the scarring is not bad, and usually is very hard
to see but since you are you, you will probably notice. Depending on how bad
you have themyou will get scarring no matter what you use.
Apparently there is a chemical just under the potato's skin that will kill warts.
It works way better in the natural form though with the raw potatoes.DO NOT
USE potatoes that have started to sprout. They are poisonous.

GARLIC AND ACORN SQUASH
This remedy is for the type of warts you get on your scalp, the type that has
a cauliflower-like texture. Take a clove of garlic and crush it and apply it
on the wart twice a day. Cover the wart throughout the day, and keep doing this
for about 5-6 days. Once in the morning and once at night. The wart will blister
up in the beginning. The blistering happens to everyone because the garlic is
soaking in your wart. You can avoid the redness around your wart by applying
Vitamin E around the wart. On the 6th day uncover the wart and let it dry up
for about a day. Take the milk from an acorn squash stem and rub it on the wart
once a day for about 3 days. You will start to develop dryness where the wart
was once. This is when the wart falls off. If you follow these instructions
I will guarantee you that you will get rid of the wart within 9 days.

I was reading all the other home remedies and I thought that I would give one
a try. I heard that apple cider vinegar was the way to go to cure warts.
I didn't have any of the vinegar but I didn't want to buy some either because
I have tried everything to get
rid of this one wart of my foot for years and nothing worked. So I looked in
my medicine cabinet and
found apple cider vinegar tablets, the kind that you're supposed to eat. So
I cut off a few little slivers of that and taped it to my wart. 12 hours later
it was almost gone!!!! I swear I have had it for almost 10 years and nothing
worked but this. Try it I promise you won't regret it! God bless the people
who suggested apple cider vinegar as a cure!!!!

i tried everything.I went to the doctors twice to get them frozen off but it
didn't work. I even purchasedan acid for warts in Veracruz, mexico but that
didn't work either. But then i tried using applecider vinager. It really works.First,
you take the little cotton off of a q-tip and roll it into a ball.soak it in
the apple cider vinager. apply it to your wart and tape it on. When you wake
up in the morning it would be best to take the tape and cotton off because it
does sting a little. Itshould be gone within a week. Dont worry because the
first two days you might notice that your wart gets really big, this happens
to everyone because the vinager is
soaking in your wart. You can avoid the redness around your wart by applying
petrolium jelly around the wart.

Then in a small container, such as a hairspray lid, mix the vitamin capsules with the ground asprin, I used BC Powder. Paint the mixture on with a small makeup brush. Slap the bandaid on and go to sleep. I think this works because it combines the effective capabilities of all the ingredients. Also you may add using Burt's Bees all-natural lemon butter cutical cream on the warts throughout the say. It softens them and the lemon oil and vitamin E in it soothe and heal.

my right hand between the thumb and the forefinger. It was big and I terribly
embarrassed by it. I did everything I could so no one would notice it. I tried

I also took a pair of pliers and ripped it right out of my hand and then taped
it up again and went to school. The kids always asked why my hand was taped
up. I started dating my girlfriend or we may have even been married at that
time and my mother in law told me the old way to get rid of a wart was to cut
a raw potato and rub it on the wart and then bury the potato and the wart would
disappear. HERE IS THE ODD PART: I never cut a potato and rubbed it on or buried
a potato but all we did was talk about it and in a short time of only a week
or two, my wart was missing and there is absolutely no scar on my hand!where
the wart was. My wife and I could not believe it but I swear to God that this

Country of Remedy: USA
Ingredients: apple cider vinegar and bandaids
Instructions: Hi! We read some of the home remedies for wart removal after my
daughter had been to a specialist who prescribed Cimetidine and it didn't work.
We also had tried several over the counter remedies, which also did not work.
My daughter had over 35 warts on one of her hands,a clump of them the size of
a nickel just on her thumb. She takes dance and was embarrassed tohold hands
with anyone. After looking at your site we decided to try the apple cider vinegar
method - it was safe, not noticable, and economical. We would soak her hand
in a bowl of the apple cider vinegar at night, soak the pad of some bandaids
in the vinegar and wrap her warts with the bandaids at night. In the morning
she would soak her hand again just before school-no washing it off right away.
Within a week they started to turn black and she could peel some of the blackness
off. By the end of 2 weeks we stopped the soaking and all of the warts had vanished
- it has been over 6 months and they have not returned! No more embarrassing
hands and a very happy child!
Warts
The banana peel as many people mentioned. Worked on myself, my
daughter, and my son's friend. This kid had over 100 warts on his foot
for over two years and had done all freezing, burning, surgery type things.
Nothing worked. My son told him to try the banana peels, and they
disappeared in two weeks and have not returned. Of course, there are different
types of warts so they may respond better to different types of remedies.

Name of Remedy: warts, flat facial warts
Ingredients: Thuja (extract from Redwood tree), found at natural herbal
stores.
Instructions: Facial (flat) warts are hard to treat because the skin on the
face is so sensitive. Thuja comes in a liquid form, available at herbal stores.
Dab enough Thuja on the warts to cover them morning and night.Allow to dry...they
should disappear within 2 weeks. I was told that wart are caused by a fungus
in the body. Thuja is a natural anti-fungal.Anyway, it worked for me when nothing
else did!
For Warts just go to a grocery store and buy some salycic acid strips from the foot isle. Also maybe buy some neutrogena face wash, only if there's salycic acid in it.wash the wart area very good, then apply a very small amount of the face wash and rub it in. then cut a piece of the salycic acid strip to fit the exact size of the wart because the strip will kill all skin it's covering. cover with a band aid and wait till the next day. remove the band aid and the strip. wash the area well again. now take a razor or a small sharp blade(disinfect first) and just start to peal off the dead skin on the wart. repeat this process and warts can be clear in up to two weeks. note that the salycic acid strips are meant for warts , but the neutrogena is not.

You can get garlic pills at any grocery store. After my daughter had scaring
from having her warts burned off with an acid(only to have them come back) I
wanted to try something else. My friend has a remedies book and looked up 'warts'.
That's where we discovered the garlic pills, and the answer to this ugly and
heartbreaking problem. It started workingwithin days. We had her take two per
day the first week and then one a day the second week. It only took about 10
days, and she was free of all of her warts without having to putting anything
on them. It worked by killing the virus that was in her bloodstream. You can
use all of those other methods, but the warts come back. My daughter has been
wart free for years now. No signs of them at all. I have passed this information
on to
everyone I see with warts and have seen it work on everyone who has tried it.
I cut a potatoe in half and rubbed it on my warts only once and that same day I woke up and they were gone and there was a little blood where they had been.

for each wart. When she found the right amount her sister helped her take one
rock and rub softly on one wart...Then another rock and rub softly on another
wart...etc,etc...They then had to take a brand new washcloth and lay the rocks
in the center of it, twist it closed, and then they had to find a huge rock
and put the washcloth under the huge rock which was left in the middle of the
road (keep in mind it was a dirt road. This was many many years ago) About a
week later my Mother and her sister went back to the big rock and it was moved...The
washcloth was gone! Within 2 weeks my Mother's warts were gone too! Many years
later it was determined that the body's immune system would fight when she expected

Instructions: I recently found that 3 warts had popped up on my arm. I simply
washed the affected area and taped an asprin tablet firmly on top of the warts.I
did this every day for about a week and half and they turned a purplish color
and disapeared. Make sure the tablet fully covers the wart. This works great
and is very convenient.

Ingredients: A Pen w/ ink
Instructions: I was at the doctors office and the doctor told me that
with his LITTLE kids or younger kids he took a regular old pen and told
the kids that his pen was a special wart pen. So he drew circles around
the warts and told the kid that if he didnt believe the warts would
come off they would not. The doctor told me this works because it makes
the kid think that warts would go away therefore boosting their immune
system and essentially making there immune system more aware that the
warts are there and need to go away. Try it.

After several trips to each of a podiatrist,
dermatologist, neurologist and nephrologist, I thought I would never get rid
of a plantar wart on my heel about the size of a silver dollar. The pain kept
getting worse and all the cutting, bathing, grinding, etc. that the medical
community could throw at it weren't doing anything. Somewhere I found a home
remedy - banana peel. I put the banana peel in my sock for 2 or 3 days. Within
a week, the wart was gone, never to return. It sounds crazy, but if you don't
mind walking around with a fruit salad in your shoe, it really does work!

Radishes work well too! Cut the radish
and just rub it on the wart area and it will disappear within a week or so;
My daughter had like a whole colony of warts on her knee and we took her to
the Dr. to get them removed but to no avail. and my friend told me to use radish
cut in half on it (use the radish juice). And voila! no more signs of warts
or anything. hope this helps!

When I was young I had a big wart on my wedding ring finger of my left hand. I went with my Mother to help her as she was a score keeper for some hockey games and this old man who ran the building seen my wart and told me to take a potato and cut it in half, rub the white inside part on the wart once or twice a day, for a week or two. I did as he said and the wart disappeared and left no mark or scare at all. It just shriveled up and poof was gone. I used a russet potato.

I swear this works, I used it on my son's warts. Take the milk from a dandelion stem and rub it on the wart couple times a day until the wart is gone. I was told this was/is a Native American remedy. Good luck!! :)

I swear this worked for curingwarts on my hands and feet. For years I had warts that returned after being treated with acid by the doctor. I gave up on this and starting rubiing castor oil into the wart and then smoothing out with a pumice stone. I also "wished" them away. After several weeks, the warts darkenend and fell away. They haven't returned in over 10 years now.

Ingredients:
garlic! raw or the kind you buy crushed in a jar.
If using raw, cut one half and rub it on the wart for a few minutes. If using the crushed one, apply a small amount right on the wart, enough to cover it. The wart should go away in about nine days. It worked for me.

Applecider vinegar works wonders. a wart is a kind of fungus, the apple cider
vinegar will bring back the ph balance to your skin. for my son who had many
warts on his hands i would put the vinegar on a bandaid over the wart everyday.
before going to school so he wouldn't have bandaids all over, i would make him
soak for 1 minute his hands in vinegar. his warts turned black and fell off
within a week. Aloe vera gel also works well and is probably gentler for someone
who is irritated by the acid from the apple cider vinegar. both remedies work
very well but takes awhile for results

This remedy is for the type of warts you get on your hands, the type that has a cauliflower-like texture. Cover the wart with iodine as many times as possible throughout the day, and keep doing this for about two weeks after the visible signs of the wart have disappeared. It will kill the wart and the surrounding skin cells painlessly.ÊI believe it will also prevent the wart from spreading to other places.ÊYou should get the kind of iodine that is orange/brown in color -Êit is more powerful thanÊthe clear stuff.ÊAlso, be careful not to use this bottle of iodine for anything other than warts!

Ingredients: One vitamin E capsule
Prick the Vitamin E capsule; spread the oil onto the wart(s); cover the area and leave on overnight (i.e. with socks for the feet, or a glove if on the hand, band-aid if another place). May have to do this for awhile... I did not keep track of time. I had a lot of warts on the bottom of my feet for a long time; so I started putting Vitamin E on them, as instructed above. I couldn't stand to look at them, so I didn't notice when they disappeared. But one day I looked at the bottom of my feet, and the warts were completely gone and have never been back

At 3:00am, or when no one is around. Cut a white patatoe in half, leaving the
skin on it. Rub the patatoe on the wart throughly saturating the area. Take
the patatoe half you just used and take it outside and bury it in the dirt about
3 inches under where no one will notice. Come inside and throw away the other
half of the patatoe. Don't utter a word of this to anyone else. Your wart will
disappear soon. Believe it, it's utterly true!
