EL Civics Conference, Ceres California
I had the opportunity to present at the Ceres California EL CIVICS conference on Friday, January 25, 2018. It was a large conference with a lot of notable people from Sacramento. Including Chiem-Seng Yaangh and Cory Rayala who are CDE consultants. I am going to try and summarize what was discussed. However, it is complicated. So if anyone who was there reads this, please try and correct me if I am misinformed.
